Possibly the rudest reception staff I have ever come across. And reading further down I’m not the only one. I’m not sure why they have the attitude they do or feel they can treat people the way they do. Someone senior needs to read all the feedback that’s being left by people who have been treated like this and take action

Doctor's have always been very helpful. Nurses have been reassuring and kind. Most receptionists are accomodating, especially Vikki. The doctors here diagnosed an illness for a friend that other doctors surgeries in Bracknell missed.

I have just read all the reviews. I was with this practice for 20 years before moving away and never had any of the troubles that some reviews are saying. I have only just moved away so I haven't been gone long. There have been many changes over the years but the practice has always looked after me well and I have been very unwell these past ten years. I miss the support I got and hope that he Practice continues there pathway of excellent service. I think sometimes the attitude of patients can sour a receptionist as constant irritating patients who think they have the right to demand is very tiring. GP practices can only do what they can, maybe the government needs to be blamed. I do!

Poor, very very poor, the only good doctor is DR Kade... which I have been moved away from to dr Simon marret who quite frankly is the worst doctor I’ve ever met... reception staff are very rude and not helpful... I’ve been coming to this surgery my entire life 35 years (since back when it was at skimped hill) I’ve never seen it so bad...

Filled in forms to register at the practice on Thursday 08/08/19 and was advised if I needed to make an appointment to ring back tomorrow morning @ 8am. I did this and was told that it takes 48hrs to process me onto the system and to ring back on Monday. I couldn't do this due to my shift work and ended up going online and filling out a lengthy form for a Econsultation on Monday 19th, 11 days after handing in my forms to register. This morning I received an email from Econsult saying I'm not registered at the GP and to register. When I rang the GP surgery she asked for my date of birth and then said no your not registered and that I needed to come down and fill in the forms.When I said I already had and that I was concerned about where my personal medical forms were including passport photos bank statement she said she would look and came back and said yes they haven't been added yet. Really that's 12 days sitting in a too process pile, when I said I wasn't happy how long my records have been sitting around waiting to be added to the system the lady said we are short staffed at the moment and behind due to holidays ect and to ring back in the morning if I needed an appointment. Back to square one 12 days after trying to register and get an appointment, not very good by anyone's standard hey!!

I have been with this practice since before it being called The Gainsborough since 1964! I have never had an issue with any of the practitioners and always found them helpful and considerate. As with the changing face of GP Surgeries sometimes getting an appointment is difficult and sometimes receptionists have been less than helpful with attitude but I would recommend this practice.

Nice Drs, nurses and midwifes....that's if you can get past the monsters on reception... Possibly the rudest people I've ever met!!! They have a poster up saying 'respect us' how very funny! I Visited today and have witnessed 2 separate patents receiving their vile 'customer service' also plenty of whispering and laughing... If my midwife and dr weren't so lovely i would move from this surgery just because of them!!!

Been phoning through for days, when I have got through I was told there was no doctors and a nurse would ring me (3days ago) and still waiting ????????, rude reception, no doctors. Don't bother.

If you are lucky enough to get an appointment you never get to see your own Doctor. Very inconsistent Doctors and never any follow up on diagnosis.

So stressful trying to get an appointment in the mornings hitting the redial button from 8.00am to 8,15 only to be told when you finally get through that no appointments are available for the day. Doctors & nurses are great when you do manage to get through

Tried to call almost 50 times in the morning from 07:59 to 08:30. The phone is always busy. They really need to add more lines to deal with the peak time calls.
