Lovely store. Helpful staff. Good range of items, well laid out and signed. JADE made our experience very pleasant. She is clearly knowledgeable about the products in store and gave us a fantastic demonstration of our new car seat. Not rushed and thorough. I would travel further to St Albans Halfords as it is a great store. ????

Have always had a positive experience from St Albans branch of Halfords. On this occasion we purchased a Thule roof bar system plus a roof box that was also fitted by them. We had excellent service from start to finish. Initially by Karen, Luke, Dan the fitter and then store manager, Lawrence. We couldn’t fault them..

Had my bike checked.Very efficient ,friendly and knowledgeable
May 14th took my bike in to have front brake fixed. Ross booked it in, Gordon fixed it. All done within 10 mins. Thoroughly recommend. Ross even sorted out a wire that need tidying up and carried my bike down the stairs for me. Superb service. Thank you.

I went to Halfords to get 2 side lights for my focus.

Website is very unclear if they are open as normal or it is click and collect only, did click and collect to find out you can still go to counter at the entrance and just order as normal. However due to this there is normally a wait to be served, staff are doing there best though

I needed a new car battery and headed to Halfords where I was able to buy a battery and have it fitted straight away. Jon was very courteous and helpful. Job done in about 20mn and I was on my way. I shall definitely go back there for tyres and wipers when due.

I ordered inners tubes and tyres in Nov. Halfords got one part of the order wrong, BUT I also got the size wrong for the rest. Halfords St Albans replaced everything free of charge today, I was very impressed with their service, especially Roy/Ron?, who went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct size etc. Thanks!

I'm being generous with a four star, Wandsworth is open and you can go in rather than wait in the cold and the rain outside for 20-minutes this store has been short staffed for the past month, yes covid yes people are not able to work but this store needs get the extra staff to open just like the others...
