This was a booked appointment for 4 new tyres. It was all efficient and slick with my car finished within an hour. The staff were friendly and courteous as usual. They did forget to put my dust caps back on, but solved it quickly and were apologetic.

Called your establishment twice to ask about tracking for my car.... phone was answered but no one was speaking. When someone did finally say yes as I was asking about the prices they proceeded to carry on talking to someone else. Sort your customer service skills out

The Bagshot kwik fit people are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Their prices are reasonable, but if you think you can get better elsewhere, tell them & they will do their best to find you more competitive products. You can get a wheelchair in the office, but you might need help with the door (which they'll be happy to do).

They staff were really friendly and helpful. Took the car in for two new tyres but needed a wheel moving swapping out as I'd damaged it. They did this perfectly and swapped over the pressure sensor for the car without even needing to be asked. All in all good service and friendly staff so a good kwick fit.

Had replacement battery because I thought it was my lock problem old battery tested ok but I said change it. Battery didn’t sort problem do they offered to fit old battery back. Even spent time looking at the lock. Good service.

I have taken several different cars to these guys. The results are so varied with them and not because of the condition of the cars, but their mood on the day will be the difference between your car passing or failing. I am sorry for non car enthusiasts who don't know their cars as they will milk every penny out of you.
Kwik fit is known for paying their staff peanuts therefore... you guessed it, you get monkeys.

The work done was good quality and you can can get a good price but be prepared that it is quite hard work having to work out which things are necessary and which are ‘add ons’ after an MOT and service when they call with the quote! Every time I go they try and add on wheel alignment for £65 regardless of whether the wheels are outside the threshold (and often only tell you it’s been added if you specifically ask for the breakdown). Friendly staff though and if you know what you’re doing with cars it gets the job done!

I was a bit skeptical at first but fortunately my decision was not wrong, went there for MOT repairs and met Aaron, he was very friendly and professional, understood my requirement and offered me a very efficient service in a very short time frame. I'm a bit precious about my car and who works on it, but had to take it in for a faulty valve. A young chap called Jack sorted it out for me and was very careful and as he removed the wheel and replaced the valve, a real relief for me, would definitely recommend!

Disorganised bunch who don’t take responsibility!
I phoned and booked my car in for an MOT but when I turned up there was no record of my booking. The guy behind the desk suggested that I’d phoned the wrong branch but when I showed him the history on my phone it was still not their fault because the booking for my time slot had been made online the previous week.
Not only a waste of time but no effort was made by them to find a solution.
Go to Bagshot MOT just down the road instead, they are always happy to help

Appalled at the service. Vehicle booked in for its first mot by the lease company 2 weeks ago. Informed that the booking time was for 8.15. I arrived at half eight and was informed that I had missed my slot and would have to re-book. This is whilst there were no other cars or people waiting and the staff standing around drinking tea. I thought I'm late so fair play and I re-booked the appointment. Forward to today... Went back to drop the car off. Knocked on the door and a chap at the counter looked up, as the door was locked, and simply turned his back and walked away. I then through the windows in the garage door saw the same chap with another employee drinking tea, smoking and laughing at something in a mobile phone. They looked up when I knocked on the door and took immense pleasure in giving me a ten minute hand gesture with prolonged eye contact. At this point I was slightly upset. The first occasion I was told I had missed my slot as I was late and now bringing the car at the agreed time they would not let me in.
I had to leave as I was already working so will have to rebook again but it will not be with this company even if I must pay for the mot.
