It is incredible how something from more than 2000 years still there... a piece of story, download the paestum app from store to enjoy each stop/mark with explanations about the site. Paid parking outside, dogs allowed, family ticket save some money with kids, the ticket give you the possibility to visit the museum across the street.

The smaller of the three temples of Paestum. And sits at the opposite side of the site. We visited this temple first, plenty of boards dotted around with detailed information about the temple. When we visited we where joined by two little friends who seem to snooze away their day here.

Fascinating. If you are coming to visit the Amalfi coast or southern Italy, add this to your bucket list. Paestum and the temple of Athena, Neptune /Apollo and Hera are magnificent archaeological sites worthy of a full day of exploration.

Awesome for ancient greek fans. The temple is in a fantastic condition and gives you a small view about the abilities of the people 2.500 years ago.

This was way more interesting than even the Acropolis in Greece. Surprising, considering no one has even heard of it. Come here for your dose of ancient Greek temples.
