Found the place on google, decided to go in. We were asked if we'd booked (we hadn't, it was spur of the moment), but were still kindly seated. Their coronovirus measures are very good - interesting paper menu (limited) where you pick your dish and the quantity. Was also asked to fill a short form for track and trace, which was appreciated.
Drinks arrived very quickly, as did the food given we were told there may be delays on the menu. Presentation blew me away - I'm used to takeaways and buffets, so the presentation here blew me out of the park. I had Pad Thai, my friend had Egg Fried Rice, and we shared a Chicken Satay (on sticks). The taste was fresh and absolutely delicious. Even my friend, who had ordinary rice, said it was delicious and more than just fried rice. Very well cooked. We were allowed plenty of time to eat and rest.
I had dessert - a nice Thai coconut caramel pancake dish. Wasn't sickly sweet, and again, was delicious.
Overall, I'd happily, VERY happily visit this place again. Outstanding food and very helpful/friendly hosts.

Very good Thai and one of the few restaurants that's not a chain in Lewes.
Quite an unassuming front of the restaurant so it's easy to miss, but once you're inside and down the steps it's quite a decent size and looks very nice.
Ordered set menu C which is the most expensive of the set menus but also the one with most of things I wanted to eat on it.
Food itself was delicious and I'm glad we decided to go there. The sea bass was done to perfection.

This was the least friendly reception I have ever had in a restaurant. They simply did not want us there because of our accent. Cannot comment on the food as we left before ordering anything. We took our children somewhere else to eat. I don’t believe that it’s fair to discriminate based on where you think someone comes from, even in a pandemic.

Nice thai food although never spicy enough. Service is good and they will provide some chili's to slice up your dish on request bit I expected the jungle curry to be hot enough without these. Good wine selection.

The food here is incredible. They were very helpful of my Gluten intolerance and there were quite a few options for me. I went with 5 other people and everyone's food looked and smelt delicious! I had lamb massaman curry which was out of this world!

Lovely restaurant. Very quiet when we stopped here for a late lunch on a Friday, but a beautiful place with attentive service and delicious food that was impeccably presented. The "tapas" selections make a great lunch choice with a nice variety of dishes to choose from.

My colleague and I were on business trip and was our first stay at Lewes. We walk passed Lemongrass and decided to have Thai. Restaurant was modern looking. Great service and food was amazing with great flavour. Highly recommended and will definitely revisit the place if we're in the area.

Very happy this restaurant is open again. The lunchtime 'tapas' menu is slightly confusing, mainly because it's more of a choice of set menus than tapas, but the food is as delicious as before.

The food is very tasty, fairly priced and comes quickly. The service is very personable and my server the two times I have gone on my lunch break has been excellent! I’ve dabbled in on the Thai Green Curry and Pad Thai and they were both very good. I find pad thai can be very greasy at some thai places around, but this one was much nicer.
