I had my old eyeliner removed by Lorena and the process was not as traumatic as I first thought. The eyeliner was around 2/3 years old and had pulled blue ish in the skin due to the carbon present in the black pigment (which is to be expected). Lorena confirmed that this procedure would lift 80% of the eyeliner and I feel the treatment that I had a few days ago has lifted even more than this! I often faint when I get any type of treatment and I did not with Lorena as she made me feel comfortable and reassured!
After the treatment I had some swelling for around 3 days which was no issue and I continued my day to day tasks. No bruising either which I was happy about and they healed quick! I feel happy with one session of removal but some people may need more sessions depending on whats in the skin!

Very disappointed. Had a 2 sessions of laser removal treatment on the ends of my eyeliner which were covered with white pigment.
The laser sessions were excessive expensive and painful and I did not have any change in my pigment colour... After long research and speak with other specialists they were in shock because laser removal cannot remove white pigment!!! And they did could not understand how a good specialist as Lorena could not tell me that laser was not the best treatment in my case!!! She charged me for every session, just for my eyeliner ends, 400 pounds!!! Now, finally I am removing my (full eyeliner) with a good specialist who is removing full eyeliner just not the ends! as I said, and using phiremoval treatment which can remove all pigment colours even white! and in just one session all my eyeliner is almost disappeared, and just for 80 pounds each session instead 400 pounds!!
Am an unhappy customer ...
Definitely won't recommended it!!!!

Lorena is such a lovely woman. She explained the procedure and side effects so I felt fully informed before having my treatments. She has a very calming nature and the treatment was virtually pain free! I will definitely be returning. 5 stars!

We took our 2-month old daughter to have her ears pierced (as it's traditional in Latin American countries) and Lorena was absolutely brilliant. Only Lorena herself works with small children and she takes an hour between making sure the baby (and parents) are at ease, allowing the numbing cream to act, and doing the actual piercing. Highly recommended.

I took my daughter (6 months) to Lorena to have her ears pierced and was understandably nervous but Lorena made it the most pleasant experience possible. She was extremely kind and professional and my daughter did not even feel a thing! Her ears have healed perfectly with no redness or infection. Cannot recommend Lorena enough!

Terrible service - the receptionist charlotte couldn't have been more disinterested on the phone and extremely pushy take the non refundable deposit. Completely pushed into making a quick decision. Even when asking questions her response was "if I can take the deposit" in a really impatient way, as if this was dependent on her answering. Later decided against the clinic after reading really bad reviews and discovering their laser technology is old, as well as general bad vibes on the phone. I went to a top London clinic / doc instead that was more expensive but not the least bit pushy and so happy to answer every question I had unlike Lorena Oberg clinic. Needless to say Charlotte was also not helpful when I decided against. Would steer clear of this clinic. Really bad impression and glad I didn't risk my skin as there's loads of reviews if you look on skin being scarred and hair falling out from the laser they use, which is cheaper and older. The clinic I ended up going to has two of very few machines on the market of that quality. This clinic just wants the money and so claims their machine is great. Do your research!

since leaving this initial review I've been meaning to add that Lorena emailed me full on demanding I remove the review, or she would have me incriminated for "slander" and be in "contact with the papers" (yes for leaving a genuine google review - apparently this is a known pattern). The email thread that ensued was highly unprofessional and extremely threatening, not to mention wrong. She stated she would only return my deposit if I removed the review - which I declined. Hope this helps others - I dare say there's been a lot of reviews people have actually taken down after being threatened.

I had such a good experience with this professional and kind practitioner. I trust Lorena to implement the best procedure to enhance my features. She has enhanced my cheeks lips and marionette lines with really good quality fillers . I also had PDO threads in my neck! What a transformation. ! I was quite scared initially which I feel is normal but I need not have worried. Don't hesitate. One thing I will say.. if Lorena advises you to have a certain procedure done.... listen to her. This lady really really knows what she is doing. She is very creative and skilled as an aesthetician... She is also a wonderful fun interesting person who I trust implicitly ... thanks lovely lady xx

Wouldn’t recommend, not a very professional or even pleasant experience with Lorena. I took my 2 year old niece to have her ears pierced and from the moment we spoke to Lorena she was more interested in being on her phone dealing with her child’s school issues. When we asked what type of earrings she offered the earrings in the display frame looked old and discoloured, we asked to see what actual earrings she has in stock she simply said “I’m not sure” it took her a couple of minutes to figure out what earrings she had. When we asked if it was possible to even open the boxes she flatly said “no” which means you can’t really see what your paying for! When I expressed that we actually wouldn’t go through with it as it made us anxious including my niece, I explained that it would be more professional to keep her personal issues separate to business to which she bluntly replied that “she pays £40,000 a year for her child’s school fees and that her child is being bullied and he comes first before work” we gave her the benefit of the doubt being on the phone once first but then to be on the phone again and to be completely ignoring us as clients was rude and disrespectful! She offered our deposit back when it’s not even about the money it’s about the experience for a 2 year old child and it’s mother! My advice, take your money somewhere else!

So glad I found this lady. She had managed to remove something I thought I was stuck with on my face forever! She is one of the few people in the world able to remove eyeliner ink that had ran into my tear duct. Thrilled that she’s managed to make it go away ! What can I say about Lorena? She's just amazing. I've contacted her for a semi-permanent make-up tattoo gone wrong and just after 2 laser sessions I can see improvements. She's using her Dermaeraze treatment for scars as well and the results speak for themselves.
I wouldn’t advise anyone but her. She has massive knowledge, professionality but also care and empathy and this makes her the best in what she does!
