I purchased a Freelander from Harwoods 12 months ago. The sales team were very attentive and courteous which included a very thorough hand over of the car to me. I have used the service team on several occasions since the purchase to remedy a couple of minor faults and for routine service of the car. I cannot find fault with the way these visits were handled and the problems resolved. I would definitely recommend Harwoods.

DO NOT USE !! Paid £5500 ! Done 10,000miles and they will not pay or repair my turbo again ! I am disgusted with the service that I received and that I I took my Land Rover to Land Rover Harwoords Pulbrourgh to get a new turbo fitted the advice to get two new ones fitted which I took their advice to fit both of them are now 10,000 miles later one of them is gone and they will not be repaired after a 5500 repair bill they do not care about after sales and this will be going further on social media and the financial ombudsman Mangers exact words - You again refer to “only doing 10,00 miles”, this is irrelevant as the period of warranty on that part expired on age in September 2018.

Terrific Service-Highly Recommended - My Range Rovers heater stopped working just as the cold weather arrived. I was looked after by Mark and Craig in the service department who got the car in and fixed in a couple of days for a very reasonable price. I cannot thank them enough as it's currently-5 outside!!!

I recently bought a used Discovery sport from Harwoods and overall am very happy with the experience. Russell was extremely helpful and friendly and sent me a detailed video of the car I was interested in. I have 2 minor gripes; the invoice sent to me was rather confusing and secondly I was pressured to sign up to the Landrover Incontrol protect system at the last minute without sufficient time to read the small print and understand the implications. I said I didn't want it and this seemed to be a big problem. Future buyers be forewarned.

I have recently had my Evoke in with the service department at Harwoods Pulborough, to have dog guard re fitted and an inspection of the rear view reversing camera, as it had been misting . I spoke to the service team and the After sales Assistant Manager Perran Madden. He was extremely attentive and professional, as like the other members of the service team, that I had to talk to. I was kept up to date with the investigations with regards to my camera by Perran,and the dog guard was fitted in a timely manner . I am very impressed with the overall experience and more then happy to travel back to there for future services etc, even though my local garage is Chichester!! Thank-you

I rang up on a Friday to express an interest in a Discovery Sport and was given an appointment to test drive one on the next Sunday. A nice young man called Russell met us and chatted for half an hour to establish what we wanted, looked at my beaten up old wreck of a Freelander and went for a short drive to see if it still worked. It did so we proceeded to drive a 2017 SE Tech with 4000 miles on the clock. He had picked the right car...I had decided to buy it half a mile up the road. His enthusiasm and knowledge were just what we needed, a pleasure to do business with! Picked it up the following Friday and four days later I'm still smiling.

Superb service from the Harwoods team this week. My evoque had a software problem and an annoying squeak. They resolved both and valeted my car too. I collected a range rover replacement key today for a 2004 car.. Purchased in April of last year.. ! Maybe I,m at fault for not chasing up my £190 key or maybe you'd think Harwood's parts department could do a little more to communicate to me that they were in possession of said key.... So.. I suggested that... as I felt the service I'd received was below par they might like to programme the key free as a gesture of goodwill.. Alas no such luck... Young Dick Turpin informs me that they would do this programming at a 50% discount on the £150 plus VAT.. Apparently it takes 30 minutes to do.. I,m therefore assuming that the labour rate is around £300 per hour at Harwood's.. I took the key... I reprogrammed it myself Via a tutorial in...... Yep...... 50 SECONDS!!!!! I've just bought a 5 litre autobiography.. Looks like i.m going somewhere else for servicing for this car..

Have received really great service from Harwoods, from carrying out a routine service to popping in at short notice for minor repairs, new key coding etc. Everyone at Harwoods has been most helpful and welcoming, Perran from the Service Team is very efficient, personable and friendly to deal with in looking after my Freelander2, fits me in at late notice when a problem arises and is always brilliant on the phone, providing fantastic help. All work has been done quickly and to a fantastic standard. Would definitely recommend!

Harwoods Pulborough need to gain my trust again, I was promised equivalent courtesy cars during servicing when I purchased my Evoque here but they don't always deliver - my husband has pulled his servicing from them as he ended up with a new problem every time he left his Freelander here. I was told a courtesy car would not be available and had to fight to get one despite giving 3 weeks notice. My car looked stunning on completion but the 1 small job I requested had not been done???? Last year I was left without a car for almost 4 days when using their pick up and drop off service so beware of this. All in all they are great at cleaning cars but need to start thinking like a customer in order to achieve excellent service.

We have just bought our landrover evoque from Harwoods pulborough. Intially we were filled with trepiditation at buying a car from such a large dealership. However, Duncan Glide put us at ease straight away. He was knowledgable, informative and always honest. We were clear on our budget and he helped us get the perfect car for us. He was accomodating for our need for a quick turnover and kept us in the loop throughout the process. We were impressed by his attitude and attention to detail and are very happy to given him an outstanding review. It was such a true pleasure having bought our car from him, that we have infact named our car- Duncan!

Had some problems here but it all ended well. I took my Discovery 3 here because it had an engine light on, it was also under warranty through an external warranty company. Harwoods diagnosed that I need a new turbo, new intercooler and new rear brake pads. The turbo and Intercooler had a contribution from the warranty company which Harwoods organised. The problem I had was that the car was left in the garage for 5 weeks and the staff on the service team were not very good at keeping me up to date with progress or actually very good at making progress on repairing my vehicle. I had to then speak to the manager, Mark, and he was very apologetic and ensured that the car was repaired and returned to me within a couple of days. Mark organised a very good discount on the bill because of the amount of time they had the car. I would use Harwoods again.

Worst garage ive ever dealt with by far. Customer service is extremely poor. Had various issues with car ended up with 5 visits over 6 months to sort out. Forever chasing never a call back incorrect diagnosis more than twice. From start to finish my experience with harwoods Pulborough was unbelievable for a main dealer garage more so when dealing with expensive cars. Even when i came in for last time (half hour job)not offered a drink no apolagie for the fact a mirror replacement has taken 3 months to sort. I called easilly 10 times over the 3 months not one call back until perran took job over. I personally thought they would be apolagic when i visited branch but the basically couldnt care less. I wouldnt ever return my car here if i could give 0 stars i would! I never leave reviews but feel the need The need as was so poor. Good luck to anyone that puts their trust in them

I have used Harwoods Landrover for over 30years I have purchased and had serviced by staff at Harwoods my: Freelancer 1 Freelancer 1 new spec Defender 90 County 300TDi Defender 90 County SX TD5 Defender 110 Utility 2.2 TDCi Throughout this time I have been always treated with the utmost courteousy by all the staff; sales, service, parts and support staff alike. Everyone has always been welcoming, accomodating and professional. Sound project knowledge coupled with that ‘can do’ attitude puts hardwood on top of their game. I would unequivocally recommend everyone to visit Harwoods Pulborough if they are looking to purchase a Landrover, service a Landrover or buy quality parts. Rang up on Saturday 3rd Jan 2015 to enquire about a 2014 RR Sport they have for sale. Spoke to a guy called James, who seemed extremely cocky and inexperienced. The vehicle was on for £63,895. I told him to save time and messing about, I would offer him £63k cash as I wasnt in the mood for haggling. He came back with the most ridiculous response that he had never in 15 years given discount before, he would be selling at a loss etc. Well the lies and the bull***t just about did it for me. Having bought more cars than hes probably ever viewed in his life, I was shocked at his rude nature. I told him that as i was spending a huge amount of money, it only represented a tiny discount. He did not seem bothered about selling me the car and I have now bought elsewhere, a better spec car at another landrover dealership, with complete honesty from the staff. Im so glad i didnt buy from them as they seem very stuck up!! RR and Bentley Owner.
