Fantastic, friendly and efficient service received by Donna. My husband "needed" a new tv ready for the football and even though the store had already had their cut off time for next day deliveries, Donna really pulled it out of the bag to make my hubby happy and managed to phone the warehouse to ask if there was any chance at all of next day delivery. Thanks to Donna my hubby now has his new tv ready to watch his favourite teams first game of the season.

Bought a new cooker from this store. Was told when I purchased and paid for delivery, installation and removal of the old cooker that this did include taking the old cooker away. Have returned home today to find that the new cooker has been delivered but the old cooker has been dumped dangerously in my back garden. Have contacted the store to be fobbed off with them not accepting responsibility for leaving the old cooker saying that they have nothing on their system and basically accusing me of lying. I am not impressed with the customer service and despite using this store for all previous electronics I shall now be taking my custom elsewhere. Would definitely not recommend this store to anyone else!

First Class Customer Service and Customer Care.
We ordered a new kettle as the lid on our old one broke. Graham at Hughes, Spalding found a kettle which takes the same water filter as our old kettle, we had only just ordered a new batch of filters. Graham took our order, recommended direct delivery from warehouse via DPD at no extra cost, so saving us a 45min round trip to town.
DPD were an excellent delivery partner and kept us informed every step of the way. On time, Sean the driver was neat, clean and tidy and polite too.
Thanks to #Graham @ #Hughes Spalding for his excellent #customer service and #customer care skills, something which many of today’s retailers should take to heart.

Graham saved our Christmas dinner.
The freezer in my fridge-freezer failed just before Christmas, when both were full of food. Fortunately I had taken out 5-year warranty cover. Graham at Spalding arranged the loan of a freezer, then, when it emerged that the compressor was failing and the replacement would not arrive until after Christmas, he supplied a fridge as well, to keep me going "just in case". Christmas dinner was safe.
Replacement items were delivered and removed promptly, at convenient times. All staff were friendly and very helpful.

About a year ago I went to Hughes in the hope of finding a laptop for my sister on behalf of my Mum. There was a small but varied selection of laptops available - perfect for Spalding!
I was greeted by Graham who was absolutely fantastic. He asked me a few questions to really get an understanding of what I wanted and needed and suggested a Sony laptop. I did need to be taken off the shop floor as it was the last one.
When we picked it up later, Graham let me know that the laptop had a tiny, cosmetic imperfection and told us we could have a small discount. Great as I don't know anywhere else that would do this!
Overall, I was pleased with my experience and the customer service given by Graham. I would definitely buy more electrical from Hughes in future!

I had my American Fridge Freezer delivered today. The customer service from the team at Spalding Lincs, and the delivery team is "second to none". I much prefer to rent my white goods, its false economy to buy. I can upgrade as and when,breakdown costs nonexistent, and its interest free each month. I have always wanted an American Fridge Freezer, but it was always been out of financial reach until now , So a BIG thank You ,To Hughes At Spalding.
23/07/18 update,
I just want to update my review, Serge has found a Dyson hoover to exchange with the Shark I am presently renting. The Shark was to heavy for me in use.

Outstanding service. Inexplicably, I have had to replace a number of electrical items recently, all of which I have purchased from HUGHES in Spalding. Their prices are equal to or better than any I found on the internet AND you get the best service - they not only deliver & install the new appliance(s), they also remove/dispose of the old! Their stock is extensive, with fast turnaround - 4 days for my MIELE washer/dryer, 18 hours for my BOSCH Fridge, 48 hours for me iRobot cleaner. You can't say fairer than that so give them a try!
