Nice shop and well stocked. Staff are polite and helpful. Also stocks makeup - popular economic ones like Rimmel. Baby foods and nappies. It does prescriptions. It is large enough for social distancing and close to the bus stop and Mornington Crescent underground station (Northern Line).

The Indian-looking woman that works here is extremely unhelpful. Even if you are within your rights to return something, they will not accept it. They will not even look at the receipt and just flat-out say that returning anything is not possible, which is not true, because on the backside of the receipt they give their return policy. My item was not food, medicine or a personalized gift, and it was not opened, used or damaged. I simply changed my mind because I found a better deal somewhere else.

Went in to get my little one Capol after having her jabs. I went to the pharmacist & presented the blue passport to be told to go across the toad to the other pharmacy. I asked why & he said he had too much to do. I was appalled by his unhelpful, rude & ignorant attitude. If I could give them a no star I would. Disgusting from a large corporation.

I love this particular branch of boots and the reason you may ask simple Andrew Cecil Barongo, this chemist is so caring and understanding he deserves an award. He made my Viagra Consultation so simple and it wasn't hard at all. He put me at ease especially as my partner was outside I have enough on my plate already he really put me at ease thanks so much Andrew ill keep you updated ????????

You would think under the current climate the least Boots would have for sale is sanitizing hand wipes. Not here!! Half soaked staff and a pharmacist that refers to you as 'mister'. Try Sir or Madam. Get your act together, turn on the news and order your stock properly. Absolute shambles of a store. Sort it out Boots. Get some employees that give a s**t.
