Awful company, bought a faulty Redring shower via internet supplier and their customer service was poor and totally inefficient, needed endless phone calls to get to a resolution. Had it not been for the first class service from shower supplier I would be £90 poorer and still without a shower. Will never ever buy a Redring again.

5 engineer visits in 18 months - worst purchase of electrical goods ever. One engineer said mine had "design fault" - noisiest storage heaters ever and i am trying to get my money back (or a replacement) Quantum QM150 and QM50 - RUBBISH

New appliance is faulty. No-one ever answers the phone or emails. Sick of constantly emailing and holding on phone, listening to a recorded message, for 20-30 minutes at a time (at my cost) with no result. This company is a sick joke. The only reason they get 1 star is because it's impossible to give it none.

Avoid this company at all costs, the customer service is very very poor, theres no understanding of there products which are poor , you can not speak direct to them ,as you have to leave messeges on their portal , then you recieve automated messeges , then if you missthem cold calling you , you need to start again , this company will try its hardest not to honour garantees at all costs , if i could leave no stars i would , very poor

AVOID AVOID AVOID, i HAVE A FAULTY PRODUCT, CALLED AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. SENT EMAILS THROUGH THEIR ONLINE PORTAL AND NO ONE REPLIES.SINCE 1ST REPORTING 24 OCT 19. I HAVE A PRODUCT THAT I CAN NOT REPAIR THAT LEAKS SO IS DEFIANTLY CLASSED AS AN EMERGENCY. NEXT COURSE OF ACTION TO REPORT THEM TO A GOVERNING BODY!!!!

Appalling/non-existent customer service. Sent a letter on 22nd November regarding an installation query as customer support said they had 'no idea' what I was talking about. No response to my letter as of 16 December. Tried calling but no one every picks up the call. Sent an email via their online support and it will take 3-5 days for a response. I would never have purchased this brand had I known about the poor customer service.Unable to leave 0 stars so had to give 1 which is not deserved.

No stars, but had to put one...... sent an Email 3 weeks ago no reply. Subsequently sent 3 further emails no reply.... Tried to call on 3 occasions on hold 15- 19 minutes (no reply) gave up wasting my time.... regarding a part I bought from them.

Do not purchase any Dimplex products they are not built to last and their after care is absolutely atrocious. They don't respond to emails, phone calls and believe me I have tried contacting them on many occasions now with no prevail. If I lived anywhere close to their address in Southampton I'd of gone and hit them with the junk they sell. REMEMBER DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COWBOY OUTFIT!!!

Don't respond to email enquiries or to phone calls. I've rang them on numerous occasions and am kept waiting so long that I give up. I'll recommend my customers use an alternative supplier/product. I work for Wolseley UK.

For 1 week i have been trying to get through to this company, not sure they are even real!! When you call them you never get through to someone, i have tried at all times of the day and been on hold for over an hour. Whilst on hold all you ever get is a voice message telling you to log a customer support message online. I have logged my details into their website twice now and no response. Whilst writing this review, i have been on hold for 38 minutes, but think its time to give up on this time wasting company.

Useless at Customer Communication! 5 working day lead time to find out where a repair agent is so I can get a broken storage heater fixed 5 days on and I'm still waiting and freezing cold! Phones never answered what a disgraceful way to run a company!
