I am patient of the clinic , but today I had an emergency appointment. I had a tooth removal , I was so afraid , but I had the best team ever , dr Raj and assistant , who hold my hand and relaxed me , I asked for her name during the treatment , but unfortunatelly I forgot ???? such a lovely lady Dr Raj were calm and explained step by step of procedure, Im afraid of anasthetic, but everything went smooth and quick , thanks to very good team Thank you for your support not only today Dr Raj, lovely assistant and both receptionists Emma and Alpa All staff so professional See you all in June for checksups Me and my family

Great dentist with an amazing staff.He is also very intelligent and knowledgeable of all aspects of dentistry. He works side by side with his specialists to make sure patients get the best quality care. He genuinely cares about his patients and listens to what they want and need. He would recommend treatment that he deems necessary but is never pushy like other dentists. I love coming here and would 100% recommend to others.

My daughter had a lot of pain due to her decayed tooth. We called JDRM, and they called me back before evening. After the consultation, Dr. clearly said the options. Since my daughter could not bear the pain any longer, we requested that the decayed teeth be removed. They arranged an appointment for her two days later. They were very kind when we went to our appointment. We felt at home. Her treatment was finished in a short time and they sent us off very graciously. They're very good and professionals.

I called yesterday and spoke to June, tried to book an appointment because my tooth broke and the same centre refused me last year. The lady was in a hurry to put down the phone and said to call the next day. I tried calling and that phone rang forever.There was no answer. I am very disappointed with this and feel June is not the right person for this job!

I have been seen at this dentist as I required urgent dental work as I have been advised I needed heart surgery ASAP. I have seen the following three dentist all within the space of three weeks. Mohammed Naushad Khattak Matt and Ash. All three are amazing considering I have a fear of injections they all understood and took time and care, all while constantly reassuring me. Reception and Nurses are kind and friendly. Highly recommended. Also met all covid guidelines and they also provided PPE. Thanks you so much JDRM

Truly fantastic fast efficient service provided to my partner today who was in excruciating pain. Within two hours of calling them my partner had been assessed and relevant treatment provided. Yesterday we had contacted 111 and nobody got back to us. But these guys today acted immediately. So thank you for this and we will certainly use you for myself, my partner and our son moving forward.

I came in as an emergency for my daughter, very welcoming staff. met a brilliant lad at the front desk, didn't catch his name but he was tall and had an impressive beard. Cant believe they are open on weekends which is very convenient, was seen by Dr. Ash whose probably the best dentist I have ever met. Will definitely be registering my family here. Great service would 100% recommend.

Well where to start. I was passed on to jdrm Nelson Street by NHS 111. I had a phone consultation which lead to antibiotics and to be told that the dentist would call me back the following week. He did not and I had to call. I was told that he would remove both wisdom teeth which he did not I was then passed on to jdrm Loughborough. Who then asked for a video call of some sort to see the wisdom teeth of which you can not see unless your looking inside my mouth... I was then left in agonising pain whilst being 22 weeks pregnant waiting for a call. I did not receive a call until three weeks after the antibiotics.. By this time I had to have my father pay for removal of one tooth. I missed a call and tried calling back to no avail. To now be told that I have to call back to get on the waiting list AGAIN because they had discharged me. If this is what they call an emergency dental care I'm failing to see what part is an emergency. The private dentist I have been to see is now removing the second wisdom tooth and I am now down by 1000 pound because the NHS refused to do something about it. Not only that I was told had they been left any longer with risk of infections again I could of developed septsis... Absolutely appalling care which I am filing a complaint about to try and retrieve money I now owe to my family because the nhs failed in their duty of care.

After many days of suffering from unbearable tooth pain I was referred to JRDM through NHS 111 for emergency dental treatment. As i was in desperate need of an extraction or root canal treatment. Sadly given the current lockdown restrictions across Leicester it was highly unlikely that I would receive such treatment. I rang my dentist Beaumont and Windsor Road as well JRDM, out of all 3 dentist JRDM stepped up. As within 24 hours of my referral being based to JDM, two JDRM dentists called me to complete telephone consultations. Dr Naushad also was able to complete a visual diagnosis of the problem via connecting remotely through my smartphone. I was prescribed a course of antibiotics for 5 days to help reduce the pain. However within 7 days I was seen to in person by Dr Chauhan and his assistant Robin all PPE was provided by the JDRM. X-rays were completed and the decaying tooth was extracted in 25 minutes and I was on my way. After a few days of recovery the wound itself has now healed and the pain has gone. Cannot thank JDRM enough for the fast and speedy service provided given the current pandemic. My own registered dentist advised me it could take 5-6 weeks before I am actually seen to which I found to be ridiculous. As a result of the fast speedy service offered JDRM omce Covid levels reduce I will be registering with JDRM. Will also recommend to friends and family, keep up the great work.

Shocking. Rang for my daughter (7) with hole in her tooth, constantly crying and unable to eat, only to be told it's not an emergancy. 111 advised was an emergancy. They told me they are not seeing patients face to face but whilst on the phone he covered the mouth oeice and I over heard him tell a patient to take a seat and wait to be called in. Greedy greedy dentist. So if you are able to stump up their fees, it seems you can see them. If they dont want an nhs child BE HONEST !!!!!

The female dentist who attended to me needs to be REPRIMANDED or given MORE TRAINING on how to treat customers when it comes to emergency appointments this is the worst place to book in my opinion. Upon arriving at the dentist I was greeted in a pleasant manner by receptionist, they were so kind and friendly, but when it came to actually being attended to by the dentist the experience was horrible, the dentist who attended to me was a female but I don't know her name. She was so rude, impolite and LITERALLY rushed the whole process. I tried to be as nice as possible but was still treated rather rudely. I didn't feel comfortable, the needle was shoved in my mouth without any warning. She started working on my teeth without checking if the area had become numb and when she saw I was in too much pain she decided to inject me again. Because she lacked basic communication skills I had to keep on asking questions to get a better understanding on what she was going to do and what were the best options available for me. Overall I will never be going back again. I paid money for an extremely appalling service. I had to try my best to be as nice as possible to get the dentist to be at least a little but nice to me. For emergency appointments don't bother mate

This use to be a good dental practice but now it' has gone downhill a few of the good dentist have left and the receptionist is rude and hardly answer the phone if you call now you will not get through. So if you are thinking about changing your dental practice DO NOT come here. 0 ratings.

Wonderful customer service and care for patients. I rang up for an emergency appointment and got on the next morning. Aaliya and her nurse June were amazing from start to finish, putting me at ease whilst taking care of a loose filling, and were completely professional throughout. Couldn't be happier with the service! Would recommend JDRM to everyone!

Saw Aaliyah and Ashmita today both were very friendly and professional. I'm a wimp when it comes to the dentist but everything was over in a flash. Quick and painless. I broke a tooth at the cinema over the weekend - got an appointment on the day (you call in the morning at 08:00 for an appointment). I only had to pay £22 too which was helpful and Aaliyah explained future work that will be required and costs involved so I now know what to expect. Will definitely come back and book in again going forward.

When I called to seek advice and try to get an appointment, even explicitly stating I was in severe pain with my teeth, the receptionist told me to “ring back after 2 because were having lunch” so much for an emergency dentist and so rude too! BASHIM SHAFFU is unprofessional and shows a lack of interest in actually helping people. Disgusting behavior, especially on how they treat their patients. After telling the dentist repeatedly I was in pain, he still ignored me and informed me to visit my local dentist and use pain killers. I told him I was still in pain, the dentist rudely says, "what would you like me to do then, take an x-ray?". After agreeing an x-ray was taken and it seems that there was a tooth infection present just like I told the dentist in the first place. Lack of professional conduct and you guys need to teach BASHIM on how to look for symptoms and especially how to listen to your patients the first time around. You have the tools, use them, stop neglecting your patient needs as this can cause them further pain. Just to clarify this is only one dentist that has shown this unacceptable behavior, not all, therefore props to those dentists who work for this company who actually care about your patients. IMPORTANT: Company called to justify the reasoning of their unorthodox dentist, and the reason why the dentist didn't give a x-ray. Don't try to justify why your dentist acted the way they did, instead show some respect and allow the dentist to personally apologise for his rudeness and the lack respect shown. This is a dental practice, who are supposedly giving you a professional, service not assume what a patient needs. Don't assume a patient what patient needs ever again. YOU have STANDARDS TO UPHOLD, follow them. BASSIM SHAFFU is the dentist YOU don't want to be serviced by, needs to fix up. Do your job properly next time, if you can keep it. FINAL UPDATE: Operation manager decided to call and apologise for the service I was received. I was given a full refund for the service I paid for and I will receive a call from Bashim, who is going to give a personal apology. Thanks you JDRM for doing what's right, we can clearly see that you do value your patients. I do hope Bashim learns from this experience. Side note. Receptionist is very nice, and showed empathy in this circumstance, I am very grateful. I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors Jayshree.

I had an amazing experience with Aaliya (dentist) and Ashmura (dental nurse). As an extremely anxious patient I was made to feel totally at ease and I was treated with respect and compassion. Experiences in the past have been very distressing, but after one appointment at JDRM dental care I decided to switch all of my dental care to them. Very grateful to have found such a lovely dentist!

I have just walked out of this place .... gob smacked and completely bewildered!! I had a filling done 2 weeks ago and it has been causing me pain. Today I went here as an emergency to get it fixed.... the dentist was about as interested in me as I am in watching paint dry! She brutally stuck the needle in my my cheek in one place for ages and then said “we will give it a minute and if it doesn’t go numb you have an infection” by this time I was in tears and 30 seconds later packed me off numb and with a prescription. Funny thing is she did an X-ray and that showed there was no infection. The other funny thing is my lips are numb and my back gum line isn’t because she didn’t even put the injection in the right place at all!!! I am so so so mad it unbelievable!!! I am very doubtful there is an infection at all I had no problems before my new filling and I think the nerve was unsettled .....Waste of time!!!! On a plus note ... the reception lady was really friendly!

Having called a number of dentists around Leicester for an emergency appointment, nobody was able to offer me an appointment for almost two weeks. I called JDRM and they got me an appointment the same day! The reception team were very friendly on the phone and gave me lots of advice before I came to my appointment. I did have to wait ten minutes past my appointment time, but as they got me in on the same day I really didn't mind! The dentist took an x-ray and gave me lots of information about my emergency, and was very polite and informative throughout. Once my appointment was over, the reception team booked my next appointment, and even guided me to the nearest pharmacy to claim my prescription. Overall really impressed with the service here.

I was referred here as an emergency appointment . What a waste of my time . The receptionist were all friendly but the dentist it self was rubbish . Have been suffering from a chipped filling for weeks couldn’t get into a dentist because of COVID-19 . Anyway when I finally came for an appointment he turned round and said he don’t have the equipment to fill my tooth but get have it extracted instead easy option for him I turned around and said no and then left waited 2 weeks for this appointment . Have finally found another dentist who can sort out my filling now .

Ring up at 8 am but noone answers they answer at 840 then put the phine straight down not hapoy with this service and they will know about when they answer the phone maybe they need to employ people that aint lazy and will actually answer the phone so jow ive got to sit on the phone for another 40 minutes

I rang at 9:10, got an appointment for 10:00, was seen at 10:15 after I completed the paperwork. Lovely dentist, good advice, calmed my nerves, lovely nurse who immediately cleaned all areas of consultation room as I was leaving. As I was leaving I was greeted by a red headed lady (short hair) and glasses who wasn't very client friendly and probably not in the best job for her personality but everything else was lovely.

Don't tell you what they're doing. Didn't wait for the anaesthetic to work before filling a tooth. I was in even more pain a few days after so went back to be told they couldn't find anything wrong and 'my symptoms weren't consistent with any actual problem'. I went to a different dentist who found a dental abscess in the tooth they had filled.

Visited this emergency dentist today with a cracked molar. Ouch ! Great service. They were professional, friendly and they didn't judge in any way. My tooth was numbed, cleaned and filled with a temporary filing until I get to see my usual dentist. Good communication and left feeling happy that my tooth was taken care of for now. Many thanks.

Went for an emergancy appointment where they sorted a temporary filling. The dentist told me that if I have any issues, to call back to get it sorted out. After still experiencing pain and headaches they refused to take an appointment telling me to call the next day. I called the next day at 8.30 in the morning, 30 minutes after they're open to get an appointment to be told by the receptionist that they're fully booked and il just have to wait till the next day and call at 8am. If you're looking for something quick and great service, this is not the place. Pros - Dentist are calm and professional Cons - Impossible to get an appointment Dont take action if they make mistakes

I had to visit an emergency dentist. Having a bad experience at a previous dentist I was petrified. Dan and kirsty put me right at ease. Also ended up having my wisdom tooth taken out under local that day. Dan made sure I was comfortable through and was very reassuring. I am now registered with Dan as my permanent dentist. Great work
