The clinic is great! They really focus on helping people - understanding the case and following a holistic treatment that will improve considerably or cure completelly the pain. Dr. Lin is extremelly good and professional - has already helped to 2 friends. One with shoulder and back pain and the other one recovering from a massive abdomen surgery. The treatment rooms are clean, the whole place is fresh and tidy. They always welcome with hot herbal tea the visitors.

Hi All! I had an amazing experience with GinSen Clinic, helping me to get pregnant fast! UPDATE after the owner of the place poured some dirty water over me for my honest feedback on their service!!!!! THE OWNER IS DISHONEST AND EXTREMELY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS as evidenced by soooo many reviewers (of course except for those whom they traded the reviews which SHOULD BE BANNED BY GOOGLE). Not surprised any more after viewing other people’s reviews on this place. A few facts to correct the owner who just shoots off her mouth to twist the story here (which I found other customers also had the same experience and posted on google reviews). 1) I was their customer once, and only once for a reason, because their acupuncture was a complete joke. 2) after a year I went back to that place because over the Christmas season, they are the only one that’s open in our neighborhood that day. And I had a worse experience and treated rudely. So I left the place without even trying this time and left an honest google review this time finally. 3) no matter how much and how many times the owner twists the story, customers real feedback is written black and white on your review, and TRUTH IS TRUTH! 4) I will not tolerate dishonest business and nor lies on google review by a business owner against its clients. 5) A LOT OF PEOPLE QUOTE THE OWNER DIRECTLY BY HER NAME IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND CALLED HER A LIAR OR DISHONEST. A REAL SHAME IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY!
ORIGINAL post: When a place has only a string of ONE star and five star reviews, and they trade google reviews (see my picture) - what does that tell you?! One stars are the real customer reviews and five stars are the purchased ones. I have had an acupuncture session here before - was scared they are going to injure me. Being Chinese and being addicted to massage and acupuncture, the least I know is when a therapist puts his / her hand or needle on your body, you immediately know whether they are experienced or professional. This place... do not dare to go back... INEXPERIENCED, RUDE, DISHONEST, AGGRESSIVE!!! And I am shocked they even sell Chinese medicines there where only caucasians are buying...

Dr Lily, I have to give you big thanks. After 1 week of taking my Chinese medicine I can feel so much improvement in my eczema. My skin is beginning to feel soft. My skin is not oozing like it was before. My feet and ankles are not swollen like they were before. The water retention in my ankles is going. I can sleep a bit better. I only discovered this place a week ago and have had 3 treatments already with DR.XUE, the front of house girls are so so welcoming and lovely, and Dr.xue is incredible! Social Media management is very unpolite. Been treated in a very bad manner. Amy, the manager was making rude comments and made me feel bad. I would have refused the job offer just because of the way they treated me. Worst experience ever! Traumatizing!Never had someone speak in such a bad manner. Learn to be polite!!! These are hard times for everyone. Avoid this place.

I took my mother in law here. Brilliant place! Was her first time getting a massage, accupuncture and cupping, and she loved all of it! Very professional, helped with her back pain immensely, can't recommend enough! The practitioner was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain her problem much better than any GP . She took the time for the necessary treatments to be completed and explained why she was performing each treatment. It won’t be our last time we come here!!

GinSen got in touch with me after I sent a proposal to run their Social Media & Marketing. After two calls, an example monthly schedule and several post designs they agreed to my monthly fee and asked for two weeks worth of content and research. The owner said the content was, to quote, “very, very good” and that she was very happy with it.
In good faith, I agreed to do the two weeks worth of auditing and content, before having received the contract. I work with a number of clients to grow and manage their social presence - including many brands in Kensington - so I trusted that this would not be an issue and I wanted to get the ball rolling for them.
After several more calls and two hour long meetings - plus the two weeks worth of content - they decided that they were ‘unhappy with my monthly fee’ (which they had already agreed to) and said they didn’t like that I had other clients. This was news to me, as I had explained this on my first call with the owner and had also sent them a link to my website which explains that I am a freelancer very clearly.
In total I have spent 19 hours preparing proposals, content & having meetings with them over the last week which totals over £800 of my time which they have not paid me for.
Given that their existing social media managers didn’t seem very clear on the Instagram algorithm or on account growth, it is my opinion that I was used to get research and ideas before ditching me and using my ideas. After looking at other reviews, it appears they have done the same to other social media professionals too.
As a final point they made clear during the meetings that a number of the positive reviews are fake, so I would advise that they are treated as such.
It is very disappointing that at this time, when so many people are working hard to support their industries despite Coronavirus, that there are organisations such as GinSen using scam-like methods to get free advice and services out of professionals.
This review reflects my genuine and honest opinions.

Before i discovered GinSen clinic, my body used to be very cold especially my hands and feet this lead to me suffering from a lot of stress which caused me to get a lot of acne on face and not getting any good sleep at night as i used to wake up at night 4-5 times and get headaches in the morning due to the lack of sleep i would get. Within an hour i was contacted by Dr Lily on Whatsapp who recommended treatment for me to get better by dealing with the root cause. I’ve been going for weekly acupuncture treatments for about five weeks now, and I’m very happy with the service I’ve received. I came for help with my immune system and general tiredness. They’ve been checking how my general well-being is each week before I receive my treatment, and making recommendations accordingly - I’m very impressed with that as I was only expecting to get the treatment! Since I’ve been coming I’ve been feeling calmer and I have more energy. There’s a really nice atmosphere, and I’ve found all the treatment sessions very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Im a PCOS patient, and I have started to take this medicine since two months, Dr Lily is calling me for consultation via video call to check my tongue and ask about my general health, and how do I feel, to change the dose according to my health wellbeing, which is highly appreciated. My dear friend that works as a masseuse at Gin Sen clinic recommended this place and arranged for me, a free consultation with doctor Miss Cindy. The doctor made a diagnosis and I tried acupuncture and cupping for first time in my life. When I came out of the treatment room and saw my face glowing in the mirror, I knew that my body liked what happened in the treatment room! As I walked out of the clinic I felt lighter and my tiredness, my knee and back pains had disappeared.The same night I slept for many hours and rested deeply. I am feeling balanced and happy again and this is why I decided to invest and take care of my health and well being. Lily (the Founder of GinSen) is deeply intuitive with many, many years of expertise and knows exactly what you need to move forward. I went to visit her struggling with my energy in the first trimester of pregnancy. She took a quick look at my tongue, eyes, and took my pulse and devised a plan to sort me out, blending herbs with acupuncture and other lifestyle changes (for example not walking around barefoot!). I showed up here today thinking I had a 12:00 appointment, but it turns out, I had made the appointment for the Kings Road location. The very kind and professional receptionist called the other location for me, canceled that appointment, and booked me in for an appointment at this location just hours later, as it was more convenient for me. She booked me in for a free consultation and said there would be time for the acupuncture treatment after, if it was required.
The doctor was helpful and thorough and performed a pain-free acupuncture. I was very happy with the service. She also recommended I try an herbal facial wash to help with my skin problems, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask the price and ended up paying £58 for a 7-day supply of herbs - much more than I’m comfortable paying ever again, especially because the directions are extremely confusing and there was no information given about what the herbs actually are.
I called back a few days later to ask if I could return the unused herbs, as I was feeling uncomfortable about using them during pregnancy (as I knew nothing about them) and uncomfortable with the price, but the doctor basically just argued with me and didn’t explain what the herbs are. So now I have super expensive herbs that I don’t feel comfortable using because I still don’t know what they are. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going back there again.

I came to this clinic with loads of different health issues: as bloating, cold feets, poor blood circulation,water retention, crazy fatigue and tiredness, poor memory, waking up at nights more than 3 times for going to the toilet. After first week using the herbal tea and chinese medicine I stopped wearing socks for sleeping (I used to wear all year long for a few years). Slowly starting to have more energy, better mood, no more bloating, also i have some nights, when I don't wake up at all, which is amazing!
