Dreadful. Came to fix one issue, didn't fix properly. When I complained that it's still not working, they denied there's a problem (!), kept denying it even after they came back and witnessed it not working. In another item they replaced, the replacement was faulty. So they had to come again, and again. Two simple jobs took many visits and brick-wall communication.

This is a local established company that was recommended to me by my neighbour. Angel Plumbing were professional, reassuring and efficient. The problem was determined after an investigation and the solution implemented effectively. I will be using Angel Plumbing again and recommend their services. The cost was reasonable and the way they dealt with the job gave me confidence in them.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Angel Plumbing... The knowledge, and attention to detail... At the end of the day they cleaned up, and took old bathroom units away.. They fitted my new bathroom and small WC... Cannot fault them...

PLEASE AVOID COMPLETELY!! WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF YOUR MONEY. If you have problems with drains and manhole, please call Thames Water. It's is free of charge from Thames Water. They tried to make me pay for their men to stay around the area doing nothing after 4:15pm. I was told quote is around £84 for first call out and £50 per hour after that. They are now trying to invoice me with £50 per men they send out. So £200 per hour. Ridiculous!! Trying to take me to court. They didn't resolve the job and they knew they couldn't do it in the first place, but they still forced it so that I have to pay for them.

Showed up on time, finished the job in good time. Unfortunately, the replacement part (which they had purchased new) had a defect and they had to come back out twice, the last time to replace it with an alternative. No arguments from them and they put themselves out to come back promptly and at convenient times to get the job sorted. Very pleased and appreciative.

The initial fitting of the bathroom was very good which is why I haven't given them one star. However just over a year later the shower began to leak. After several visits (most were at least an hour late for the original appointment) they finally fixed the problem. They charged me £400 initially reduced by £80 to £320 finally to fix the problem possibly caused by initial shoddy workmanship. The worst thing was that no quote or estimate was given to me for the work in the first place leading me to think it might be covered by the initial guarantee. I'm especially disappointed as I was hoping I'd found a reliable and efficient plumbing firm.

Unprofessional and slow!
Came to fix dripping shower, took them 5 days to order a new valve just to realise they've ordered the wrong one. Had to order a new one which took another 5 days.
Poor communication, super slow and sloppy with emails.

I rarely write reviews, but I am a bit disappointed in this company. I was stood up twice by this company, after having taken off the afternoon from work to be home for my 2-4 appointment. When I called the office the line has been disengaged, both of these times. However, when the plumber finally did show up, he was very professional.

Terrible experience. Was initially not charged by the engineer (as he could not resolve the issue) and THREE MONTHS LATER received an invoice for their services. After calling to resolve, the manager became very aggressive and pressed charges. Please use another service
