Cameron even bought the bike over to Derby for me to see! Truly astounding and a personal touch.. far superior to the giant and Impersonal sellers. Absolutely brilliant! I came in today to have my CBR's MOT done and you couldn't ask for friendlier, politer staff. Had a cracking conversation while I waited and before I knew it my bike had been thoroughly tested and was ready to go. Prices are excellent on both the MOT and the accessories in the shop; I grabbed a can of ACF-50 while I was in there and I couldn't even get it cheaper online. All in all, absolutely no complaints. I'll be coming back here every year and if you're looking for somewhere to go for your MOT I'd highly recommend Long Eaton Motorcycles.

Had an awesome experience picking up a Kawasaki ER6 from Cameron. Excellent customer service, no pressure, no hard sell, the process was relaxed as you like. Came into the shop in the afternoon, got the bike ready for me the following day. Come check them out, highly recommend.

Good stock without being ridiculously priced like many main dealers. Not only that but Cameron’s passion for motorcycles is clear to see and it’s brilliant to see his business continuing to grow. Highly recommended if your in the market for a Motorcycle or anything bike related. 5 stars and then some!

Absolutely amazing, world-class service from Cameron At Long Eaton Motorcycles. He's a really genuine, enthusiastic chap who is clearly passionate about what he does and goes the extra mile to help people out. After I got screwed over by another dealer, he was able to get me the bike I wanted insanely fast. Bike(Honda CBF125) itself is excellent, amazing condition and rides like a dream. I really cannot recommend LEM enough, even if these guys are an hour out of your way or more, you should definitely consider buying a bike through them over your local dealer who won't give half as good customer service as Cameron does.

I picked up my full class A license through this training school two years ago and have never looked back. They didn't just teach me to ride a bike, they taught safe and responsible biking.
They're an ideal training school whatever your experience level. I'd ridden before (years ago on a CBT, and then "locally legal" overseas) and managed to go from walking in with half a plan and a car license to a full licence with 4 days of committed training (including tests).

Couldn't be happier. Wanted a 125cc bike having just passed my CBT, but was completely new to motorcycles. Cameron was very friendly and helpful, explained everything I needed to know, and went out of his way to have the bike ready for me to collect at very short notice because I was so keen to get out on the road. Upon collection, he helped with taxing the vehicle, put up with my novice questions, and made me feel at ease during the whole process. The aftersales service has also been excellent, and I'm already looking at bigger bikes to buy from Cameron once I pass my mod 2!

Excellent customer service and aftersales from Cameron, No pushy sales.. Paid the deposit over the phone before holiday and collected the bike when I was back, Cameron sorted a little issue out I had and paid another garage direct for warranty work.
