They didn't have the shoes I wanted, but the service was great. They offered to bring out a different colour of the style so I could check the fit, and ordered the correct colour direct to my house. Very friendly and competent staff!

When I visited Clark's today I was served by a very patient and kind young lady she immediately started talking to my granddaughter putting her at ease and making measuring her feet a fun task. After finding out her size she collected the shoes and once again talked to my granddaughter who let her put on the shoes. My granddaughter walked around and loved them. The assistant was called Tia 670. We purchased them immediately so thank you Tia.

The lady with the short hair, was absolutely wonderful, NOTHING was to much trouble, and she was so very helpful, as were the other staff members. Clean, tidy, and even when busy, doesn't feel feel overcrowded. Quality of shoes? fantastic.

What can I say. You either like Clarks shoes or you don't. I like Clarks shoes as I can usually find new designs in various colours. Personally I've shopped at Clarks for years. They always offer different fittings to suit your feet. But to add to it a few years ago I broke my left ankle badly, where it needed a metal plate on the outside bone and numerous screws on both sides to repair my ankle. My ankle works ok but when buying boots need the inside to be padded so the leather didn't rib uncomfortably. I always managed to get new boots that did the job when buying boots. All the other shoes & trainers I bought there had great soles so are always comfortable.

Would just like to thank the staff at Harlow town branch, we visited today with my grandma who has Alzheimer’s, the staff (Robert and a young lady who’s name I didn’t manage to catch)
They were patient and understanding with her and really lovely and helpful, and as a last min bonus we actually got her to choose a pair!

Place very nice, staff helpfull and polite. Shoes are very comfortable and reliable. I bought 2 pairs last september and wear them every day, one for winter other for better weather. Very light and flexible, easy to care. Recomend to everyone. And recently there were a sale, so I got a pair for my husbant as well????
