Gabriella at Westfield London is always so helpful, I came in with my parents and she helped us with all our options, and when we had issues she helped us as much as she could. Fantastic service. Lady who served me was really friendly and so helpful. I even knew what stock they had in the back /not on show as I asked for a pair not on display. Ended up with 3 pairs of shoes / sandals and two lots of socks. The trainer socks are really soft and so comfortable, I wish I had gotten more (I usually wear long knee high socks but it's just far too hot in this weather). I'll definitely be aiming to buy all future sketchers footwear from here..

Very impressed with helpfulness of staff. I wanted a gift voucher for a friend without going into store. This was a service they had not done before so the lady was not sure initially whether it would be possible. She took my number though and rang me back within 10 minutes with details on how it could be done. Received my gift voucher through their courier service 48 hours later. Thank you Skechers at Stratford Westfields for such helpful and efficient customer service. Much appreciated X

Lovely people working in this store! I was served by Agnes tonight, who was doing a great job serving more than one customer at the same time. She was patient with me and knowledgeable, too. Another day I was served by one peer of hers, who was very kind, too. I ended up buying one pair each day. The managers seemed very nice, as well. It's a pity they didn't have enough sizes of stock on sale, though!

Extremely competent and friendly staff make it a joy to shop here.
I bought two pairs of shoes and they cannot be more comfortable.
It is so easy to get to Westfield by public transportation or by car
and combined with the huge variety of other stores and restaurants
it makes this shopping experience a fun thing to do.

I was at Westfield White City on Monday. A young man by the name of Del attended to me. He was very polite and attentive; and his customer services skills were excellent. It's very rare, I find to get proper customer care when I go shopping. However, Del was very friendly (without being over familiar) and courteous. Despite the fact that I wanted to try on a few different styles it was never an issue and he even made suggestions as to sizes which was very helpful.
The branch did not have the shoe I wanted originally and I chose another style however, he was able to reassure and advise me that my choice was very similar to the shoe that I wanted originally.
He definitely demonstrated knowledge about the shoes in stock which also impressed me. All in all, Del turned what could have been a disappointing visit (because I desperately needed to get some footwear for work) into a very happy experience.
If I could nominate him for employee outstanding employee I would. Well done Del and I'll certainly come back to that branch again. I hope someone from Skechers sees this post rewards Del accordingly.

We visited Sketchers Westfield last Sunday to buy a pair of shoes, however the service was so good that we ended up buying another pair as well. The staff were very knowledgeable about what they do, and were able to provide the best advise. Thank you for the good experience you made us guys!

Went in at obviously a busy time and was seen to by Agnes. She done an amazing job at serving multiple shoppers and was very helpful, even with the different shoes and sizes I was asking to try, (she kept her cool).

Most of the trainers seem to be of porous material so will get wet in the rain. Given our climate that's a bad failing in my opinion. The staff were helpful and friendly.

My experience was mixed. The shop was buzzing, the stock was well displayed but I am over 70 looking for a pair of shoes and was ignored for ages until someone realised that I might actually be a potential customer and not a mad old woman who had wandered into the shop by mistake. I was looked after quite well except the assistant forgot about me after finding me several pair of shoes and went to serve someone else. Luckily for Sketchers I actually bought a pair of shoes and as it was my first ever visit to a Sketchers store they gave me a discount . So all ended happily!

Poor experience with customer service after an online purchase. To start a return/refund process, you have to generate a form from their website, print it and then call them. When you call the number they provided it says that it charges 5 pence per minute but I lost 10 pounds in about 10 minutes of waiting to be put through. There is another free phone number, I used that and I had to wait for another 14 minutes. They come then and collect it. I don't know why they don't have a collect from store service which could have avoided similar situations.

I had a Westfield gift card so went in to purchase summer sandals which had support. I find l don't like memory foam underfoot. It creates unhealthy warmth. They've modified them this year saying they've created a cooling feature. I'm dubious and believe there are other tried n grated foam options. Nevertheless if you can find dance or light exercise trainers minus the m foam Skechers can be very reliable and hardwearing. Plenty of space to try shoes on and not too busy early to midweek. Situated on the ground floor near other shoe stores .
