Car was not prepared for viewing when I arrived. Despite being the most expensive example of this particular model in the country and sitting there for six months it hasn't been cleaned or serviced. I wandered around to look at other cars while there and none had been properly cleaned. Owner was also ill mannered and didn't even say hello even though he'd kept me waiting twenty mins. His assistant was a bit clueless and didn't have his ducks in a row. Overall, go in here with eyes wide open. Cars may be ok but the experience of the place would put me right off.

I would really recommend having a look on Maranello cars website or even popping down to the showroom! It's got some stunning luxury cars in at really good prices! Deepak the owner will look after you as best as he can will try sort you out in the best detail and give you the best help he can will go to his very best exstent to put you in the car you want, was really pleased with the manor he helped me out to give me the best for your money! Spends a lot of time in helping you evening if you are just having a look round makes you feel really companied while looking around the showroom I would definitely use maranello cars in the future before going anywhere else! That's what you like to see when in a hard situation in choosing and buying the car you want. I would really recommend giving them a call or even a Pop in if Intrested in getting the very best for your money!

Maranello Cars - What is there i can say which describes the service I got...After working a whole year i decided to spend my hard earned Money on a BMW 320D LE MANS Blue M-Sport. After seeing the car on the website i arranged with Lizzie to come and in speak to Mark the Salesman on site. Upon arriving it was obvious this place was popular and Mark was occupied with customers!! Nevertheless i was treated as a customer should be. A lovely coffee while i waited(Thank You Lizzie). My wait was short lived as 2 minutes in, Deepak whom i believe is the director Popped his head through the door and offered to show me around the car, so without Further ado i went to see this machine of german ingenuity. First Impressions Amazing, car but there were some let downs...i noticed the wheels were a little scuffed and for some reason the Gear Shift looked worn! I really loved the car and the price was right, Upon putting forward my concerns of the 'defects' ,within seconds i was told 'No Problem Sir, Done and we'll give this car a complete checkover in and out to boot.' In short i now have a car with NEW M sport wheels, New Gear Shift and indeed, a Valet to boot. In Short Thank You Maranello, Thank You Deepak for your endeavour to keep your customers happy (Thank you for the 12 Months MOT and Road Tax too!) with the small Gestures, Thank You Lizzie for looking After myself and My Partner and Finally Mark to arrange the meeting and for the initial correspondence,Very Professional Young man! I brought an Audi TT from Deepak at the end of November 2014. It's a great car...... I love it. There were a couple of issues that became apparent after a short while which I contacted Deepak about. As good as Gold he's had the car back in for analysis and repair under the terms of the three month warranty. It was a difficult to diagnose problem and has turned out to be nothing more than a faulty relay but they have persevered until the problem was located and fixed. I'm looking forward to picking it up tomorrow. I can't fault the service that I've received from Deepak and Maranello cars. Buy with confidence.

Brought my audi a5 from these guys and it was best service ive ever had. Car was cleaned and serviced and runs like a dream. Deepak was most helpfull and ill definately use them again

!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS CAR SALES GARAGE !!! The same owner has changed the company name many times so that anyone who has bought a car of them, in particular the customers who have taken out the warranty (not worth the paper its written on) have no legal powers or service to go back and claim. The salesman (DEEPAK RANA) is the owner and will claim he will call his manager to negotiate a price or deal. He is very unprofessional and rude. Most of the cars are tampered with i.e. dodgy MOT, some are clocked back and also they will also try to sell you a paint protection pack. My wife bought a car and they robbed her silly. The car claimed to have 46,000 miles but when checked with VOSA it had done 107,000 miles. The headgasket on her BMW 325i gave up 3days after purchase. I had to go one to the garage in person but didnt get a refund, no apology but a threat that if I went back to the garage my house would get blown up. This was however reported to the police. Still ongoing.........court proceedings issued. My honest opinion........STAY WELL AWAY! Mike

Do not buy from them - my husband bought a car from them over the phone; was advertised online as having satellite navigation and being in one of best condition of cars on the market. When we paid for it and had it delivered which was late by over two weeks, it did not have sat nav and had two big dents and 5 large scratches. Reported this to Deepak who apparently runs the business but he did not offer anything. Wish I looked at the various reviews before buying

Bought an Audi s3 towards the begging of the year, and have had problems with it ever since. A few hours after getting an "MOT and service" the car started misfiring and warning lights came on all over the dash, found out the back window wiper doesn't work and neither did the radio. Car also came with no service or not history! The salesman promised me on purchase that he would buy a sat nav disk for the car as it was advertised with one and he'd send it to my home address. I waited for weeks and called 4 times! All I got back was a rude response saying that "it's got lost in the post I'll send another" gave up on waisiting anymore time with this useless garage. The salesman/manager also lied saying he owned a c63 amg lalala and the next time I went to get the car he said it was his brothers???? Poor garage

Brought my new mini from deepak @ maranello cars, i felt really welcome and appreciated, from the first phonecall to collectiong my car :). Definetely going to reccomend. See you in the future xxx

Awful!!!!! Arrived to a disgusting dirty car inside & out (Mc Donald's cups and wrappers, trainers in the boot) Also keyed all the way along which was not in the item description Smelling of cannabis inside the car and trying to cover it up with lynx sprays while I was stood there with my wife Absolute jokers!!!!!! Avaoid this garage Edward is useless

***AVOID*** went to see a car bmw 320d which is still advertised for 6500, told me is in clean and working condition on the phone but when i went there from london it was full of massive dents and stone chips and the turbo was making sound. such a waste of time. and misleading customers.

Dodgy Dodgy Dodgy! Do not buy from this seller! Overpriced cars! Selling prestige cars, Range rover, Bentley, Mercedes etc...if you want one of these, why buy from a backstreet garage?

Very bad experience, spent £24,000 on Range Rover with many faults, MOT supplied with the car was also questionable, had spent further £1600 to fix the problems with the car, this is the worsted car garage in UK and to rude salesman "Mark", keep away form Maranello Cars keep well clear , 05/09/15 UPDATE don't believe as single word what these guys say, just 100% liars the car is unfit to be on the road, now going to Trading Standards for full report
