Warning!!! Be very careful!!! They refuse to give you a refund on faulty & damaged goods, I was told unless they are returned to the store within the same day you brought the item.
The coat I brought had a tear on it and the feathers were coming out. I was told that isn't damaged at first. Then I was told they will only offer a credit note, which expires after 1month or an exchange (it is difficult for you to get the same or a similar item as they often only have afew sizes).
I brought an item at closing time and next day was refused a refund. They say this is their policy which is made very unclear by a sign for non-refundable items at the store desk, which doesn't actually include clothing. And an extremely small typed notice, which is
illegible. Their policy should clearly be made legible for all customers to properly be aware.
It is not on the receipt, not mentioned at the till by staff they just expect you to take note of the illegible sign they have stood up either end of the desk, not even in front of the till where you pay. It's ridiculous!
The policy is against the consumers rights act anyway...so please be aware before you shop here!

I’ve been shopping here for a long time.... it’s an outlet shopping experience that can save you hundreds of £’s over a year.... bedding super king sized retailing at £79 purchased for £35 all packaged, all very lovely M&S quality.... lovely towels and bath mats too.... as for clothing.... the labels are snipped to stop returns to shop... however, they do leave the size on if you look inside the garment! For those that don’t see the prices on each garment... that’s because there is a very simple pricing structure.... look for the cards dotted around... oh and asking he team also gets the price.... can’t fault team or service....

Not bad. They have a lot of useful and interesting items, from clothing to household. Brand items with minor issues or just out of season. It would be nice if some items were a bit lower in price. But everyone has to make a living.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THE ASSISTANT ROSIE HAS NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ASKED HER TO SHOW ME AND MY PARTNER A MAXI COSI PUSHCHAIR BUT THIS WAS CLEARLY TO MUCH FOR HER AND SHE LOST HER TEMPER STATING "WELL SHE AINT GONNA BUY IT ANYWAY" AND STORMED, HOW DAMNED RUDE! Terrible experience today. Bought slippers as a xmas gift for a relative but they fell apart after 1 week of wear. When I tried to return them I was rudely told they were heavily worn and had been washed! They hadn't been washed and how could they be heavily worn in such a short period?? I was also told they didnt do refunds. When I quote the sale of goods act and that items are expected to last a reasonable amount of time and be fit for purpose and faulty goods need to be treated under different rules to returns policies I was told that they weren't prepared to stand arguing with me and that I should leave and take my item with me. I told them I will never return to this shop. I have never before experienced such rude staff and poor customer service

Something to be aware of regarding this store - they openly sell faulty goods and explained to me when I tried to return something that that was why it was cheap. Yes I can understand a minor fault or cosmetic damage but when it renders the item useless ie. a suitcase with a broken zip, then it is NOT fit for purpose, a legal concept they just couldn't understand! Surely if something is faulty ie. not fit for purpose and sub standard by any reasonable persons expectations then you should be entitled to a refund or exchange irrespective of their policy. Policies don't affect statutory rights, clearly another legal concept way over the heads of the owner and the manger. In trying to resolve the issue their customer service skills also left much to be desired, the owner told me to "just deal with it"! (Charming!) So I am doing by sharing this experience with you all clarifying the position with trading standards.

It's a nice place to search for some bargain. The prices are quite reasonable. It is hard to tell the brand you are buying as all the brand tags are removed or brand logos cut out of the labels. It's bit chaotic there therefore if you are looking for anything specific you might spend some time searching for it. Specifically shoes as they are not sorted in any specific order. On shelf there is a size label however behind that label you can find different size of shoes.
Overall ok but could do with some improvement.

As with all outlets of this type it is the luck of the draw on what they have. Looked like 90% of stock was M&S. They seemed to have an extra sale on, making things very cheap, e.g. two pairs of women's trousers £8!

Brilliant absolutely value for money. Staff really helpful. Even let my daughter use the loo. Absolute bargains everywhere. Really really good for school clothes. No returns however if you take it back the same day they do refund.

Anyone wanting to purchase a bra from here please note that you CANNOT under any circumstances exchange a bra!!! When I asked why I couldn’t return the bra I had bought yesterday (with all of the tags still attached), their response was that they “have a strict policy and people have bought, worn and returned bras”. Why they think these type of people won’t do the same with clothes I don’t know ????

Hit and miss as to whether your sizes are in stock, but wow! some genuine bargains to be had. Tad difficult to find prices of all items so you may end up not buying as much as you'd prefer as it's a hassle to go to find prices. Nonetheless, it's a place where you leave with a large grin on your face!

Very bad costumer service . I want to exchange my curtains which I buy 20 days ago . But they said they can't exchange or refund on homeware as it written on the wall but on the notice its only said that not refund. I explain to the manager that I don't want refund I only want exchange .But she was very rude and keep saying buy to me and laughing on me. I never going there again .
