Had a screen protector fitted at the shop :) really friendly guy served me, but as I got home I realised there are loads of bubbles under my screen protector but he replaced it for me with no trouble or extra cost. Great service, thank you!
P.S - there was another couple of people in the shop without masks on so may be worth pulling people up on this in the future as I live with a vulnerable nan and I'm sure I'm not the only one..... :) thanks!

DO NOT get your phone repaired here if you have anything other than an iphone, took my Huawei p20 lite here to get repaired in February, i was told that a whole screen replacement would take only a day, turns out they didn't have the necessary screen and it took nearly a week. I got the phone back after it was rushed with rubber bands around the screen and glue on the outside. The eargrill was also missing. The quality of the screen was terrible as cracks have emerged even with a screen protector (which i was meant to be given for the delay but never appeared) and a protective case.The cracks where under the screen protector. I can fully appreciate parts for mobiles are difficult to get and install, especially during a pandemic. But money was chosen over customer satisfaction and that's not fair. The people in the shop were nice people but stick to vapes rather than trying to repair phones.

Dropped my phone and the ink had leaked on the screen - couldn't see a thing. Replaced immediately, took less than 10 minutes and half the price of Apple. Friendly and helpful.

Took my iPhone X to apple after smashing the screen, after being in apple store in Kingston for over an hour they said it can not be fixed and the phone is dead, I was so worried because I have tons of photos and contacts on my phone, my friend recommended V & M and they fixed my screen and got my phone up and running in 30 mins, just can not thank them enough, great chaps thank you so much

Avoid this place. It is a scam. They sell you wrong products and charge you far too much. Then if you try and return it due false information. They blame you. And refuse to give you a refund. JUST AVOID!

Prices are very cheap in terms of fixing phones and has given prices for other screens to be repaired at a price A LOT lower than I have been quoted in other shops! Absolutely shocking,I went in for an ipad air case only too find there were no prices on anything,I asked the owner how much the case was and I was told £20,I thought that was steep and then I was asked how much I would pay.i decided then and their not too buy as this is england and not a bazaars in marrakesh I thought by law items had to be marked
