Decent price and very friendly staff. And work seem clean. Only thing that let them down was the car wasn't ready at the agreed time. It was a couple hours late. But that wasn't there fault completely. The part needed was delivered wrong by the supplier.

A1 service. Difficult tyre to find but they had it in stock even in a Sunday. Fitted, balanced and tracked within 15 minutes.

Great service and great price , took my little daewoo in for a new power steering belt to be fitted , was done within an hour and was 20% cheeper than first quoted .

Whether it be this garage or the one in Wigston I've always been impressed with this company. I've never been to a more friendly and helpful garage; I am able to speak to the mechanic direct, not the middle man and everything is always explained fully, unlike some other garages where they seem to fob you off.

Purchased tyres on line and was given an am slot to fit. When arrived was told upto a 2 hour wait or come back in the afternoon. Went back in the afternoon to be told 2 hour wait or come back in the morning . If I hadn't of paid online I would defo of gone elsewhere .

Quoted over the phone Bridgestone tyres £84.00 each - took van in for new tyres - when I came out to my van the new tyres were Laufenn ?? Went back to reception and asked why they hadn't put Bridgestone tyres on they said that they would have cost £100 + so explained I had been told they were getting Bridgestone tyres in for me at £84.00 each the receptionist guy just repeated that they would cost me £100 + and then just stood there looking at me - a rip off company that will never see me again or any of my friends or family RIP OFF!!!!!!!

Not a warm welcome, started 35 minutes after my booked in time tyres fitted and balanced efficiently just handed the keys back I had to ask for my locking nut that was hand to me end of.

Formula One Autocentres on Abbey Lane are either incompetent or frauds.
I had an MOT test carried out at their facility on my Citroen DS3 recently and I was shocked to find it had failed as it had apparently had a leak in the brake pipes.
After quoting me a vague cost of £140+ I took it back to the dealership where I had bought the car a year previously. They found ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with the car and immediately passed my car's MOT.
This was my first MOT as I had only been driving a year and Formula One Autocentres clearly realised this and tried to take advantage of a naivety they perceived I had. All drivers should avoid ever using this terrible and deceitful company.

On arrival told 2 people waiting infront of me so i thought ok but didnt walkout of center for over 2 hours which i think is too long and so as I was working shifts I did not notice they put a cheaper tyre on when I contacted head office they sorted it but will not use again

Had tyres fitted on the front of my car while I waited- staff were polite and knew their job, although I'm not sure if I would leave my car with them, seemed to be a lot of revving going on when they took cars out as well as wheels screaming

AVOID!!Bought from them full set of tires and they said need tracking because is out of alignment. Paid for that to keep warranty. Just under 1 year went to do MOT and tires are gone from inner side in front from bad tracking. Fail on MOT and F1 don't wont to hear abut. Clearly is them fault. AVOID!

Always had good service from this place ,normally impressive but this time had two rear tyres replaced but no balance weights fitted to either wheel_rebalanced and fitted weights on my request without a problem but
I can't believe both weights on both wheels "fell off" on the three hundred yard trip around the block before returning .I really hope this was a one off blip because I have always been impressed by this place in the past.

Had to wait ages just for them to take it on a test drive for a grinding noise whilst driving more noticeable when coming to a stop. Anyway eventually they tested it and came back with nothing said it all seems ok the noise was blatant to hear very incompetent people kids as mechanics.
