Great place for furniture shopping and all sorts of other things. Easy to get to, just off the A406, lots of parking. The showroom is well laid out as usual for IKEA. Takes a long time to get around the whole place so plan ahead if you're in a hurry. The restaurant and cafe are also nice to have a bite to eat while you're shopping. Lots of checkouts so usually not a big problem but during lockdown there have been really long queues.

Clear directions regarding sanitising. Moving around the store was lovely. Follow the 2 metre distancing indicators and your shopping experience will be a pleasure. Helpful staff helped me complete my list. Big thumbs up.

A fairly large store as all other IKEA stores are. The store offers possibly every essentials you need to decorate your kitchen, bedroom, living room, indoor and outdoor garden, child bedroom, bathroom, toilet and so on. They do free home delivery if you shop more than £40. You may gather plenty of helpful ideas after roaming IKEA show rooms and shop from the market place. In terms of transportation, the store is a bit out of way. From Tottenham Hale underground station you need to take a bus to go to the store unless you have your own car. A suggestion to the store would be to start bus service to and from underground station. The food court is very spacious and you can enjoy your meal with relaxation. Plenty of free park spaces.

Loved it as usual but people DON'T keep there distances even though it comes over the tannoid. Also masks are being warn by most people but again lots of them are not covering their nose! It's the Law to social distance and unfortunately a lot of people who were in the store didn't care.

Recently I was to this store for a kitchen appointment. Here I met Beata who was my kitchen designer and helped me to design one's of my kitchen. We've been through on each step from design to see the finish of a good kitchen. I recommend everyone who want to design a kitchen and also have in their kitchen. I nearly forgot, also the delivery ???? was very quick. Thank you IKEA ???????????? PS: I will attach pictures when is done

Encountered a rather brusque member of staff while driving in. Following the directions for wide vehicle's, which I have, he refused to open the barrier and said I would have to go in the same way as everyone else. Why put signs up ? Way too many customers either not wearing masks, or had them below their chin or nose, no staff taking any notice. Checkouts extremely slow, causing lots of queues, where people were not socially distancing until they were about 5 turns from the till and there were markings on the floor Definitely a lot of room for improvement in the current climate and I won't be returning any time soon

Like a maze. But happy with 2hat in store. I find it hard to walk for long, when we asked about if they had a mobile scooter/ wheel chair. The staff member said yes and tock my daughter to sort it out to find out they don't.

Good store with decent stock levels most of the time. Sensible layout with food court at the midway point (when it's not a pandemic and is back open). Point off for the speed of the fast food line past the checkout and how 2 of them were wearing their masks though.

Click and collect system in play. Items come down the lift before your text message comes through to tell you to go and wait for it so be quick. Phone system didn't work for me the first 3 times I tried it. That aside same decent products at competitive prices.

Everything was great as usual, has had a move around since pre lockdown. Warning if you're going for lunch though - you now have to book and don't assume the QR codes you see when you are lining up are the NHS check-in ones - ourselves and everyone we were in the queue with today failed to scan both as we didn't realise one was NHS and one was booking and it was pretty chaotic, would hate to think what it will be like this weekend. Need better signage at the restaurant and even as you walk in giving clear instructions.

Visited on Sunday and arrived for opening. Great that there is browsing time but it doesn’t advertise this anywhere online? The security staff though could be more polite and need to smile more but apart from that it’s all good

The staff are very nice and you are not allowed to bring a trolley from outside the shop. I think this means they clean them before they let other people use them.

Inspirational furniture. Just enough parking. Well stocked showroom. Advisable to have a firm goal while visiting to avoid impulsive purchases.

Visited to buy a mattress for a property we manage in central London. Plenty of stock on this visit, unlike my last visit. Where i had to collect items from Milton Keynes or wait 5 weeks for delivery. Was able to enter the premises due to lockdown easing. Was busy but there was no queue to get in. Visited at approx 11.30am Otherwise normal service. Waited for the 2 customers ahead of me. Paid then left. No fuss

I had to return two mattresses. Unfortunately for everyone I didn't have my receipt but once I could provide evidence of the the date and time I made the purchase the very helpful and very patient assistant at customer services was able to give me a refund via a credit voucher.

Avoid!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Delivery never arrived twice! I have been waiting both times for 2 full days and they never even bother contacting me. At least 30 min wait when calling CS they don't have any power to to anything, no connection with stores and CS agent clueless, impatient and not logging calls or leaving notes! Didn't return calls when we got disconnected. Shambles! After they missed 2 deliveries the wanted to reschedule "express" delivery within 4 more days! And I am 20 min away from the store!!!

Amazing superstore which can accommodate hundreds of people (prior C-19), however it is an amazing place to come and spend the whole day with family and children. One can have a really nice lunch here, one can purchase anything your heart desires for the house, but above all they can personalize and help with ideas as long as you have pictures and measurements of the area you want to improve.

This is one of the best Ikea stores in London. They always have a bigger selection of items and have almost every items in stock than the other stores. As always, this Ikea is very busy on weekends. So if you can manage a trip during the week, that will be better.

IKEA was ready to go as London reopened for shopping. Unbeatable prices, lots of convenient parking, and snack foods on hand. Sadly the restaurant is closed due to Covid.

It is with regret that I must post a 2 star review for an otherwise really good store. My review is directed at the warehouse, delivery and products received. Having spent over £750 we received numerous, not just one or two, but several substandard, damaged, broken and very poorly manufactured furniture items. After waiting two whole weeks for delivery, items were delivered damaged & broken. The driver was very professional and apologetic, but instructed to not take back items even as badly damaged as they are. This was heartbreaking. We immediately called IKEA, tried emailing and even sending messages to the head office, all without success. All attempts were without success and the automated service not available. We were told to wait an additional two weeks to return items. This is not acceptable on any level. See pictures. The second lockdown happened which added even more distress as we have no furniture to sit on, eat meals with family and no money to purchase a replacement elsewhere and nobody to take our serious concerns. The family are very distressed with this experience. The Dining table edges are broken off, all six chairs badly painted, not sanded smooth, loose screws, sharp splintered edges, scuffed corners, armchair poochies are lopsided and flattened by obvious weight load, to name just a few. Even second hand furniture at flea markets are in better condition. This is an absolute disgrace and we demand an immediate refund and apology from management about the lack of care received. We also raise this as a formal complaint against warehouse staff whom purposely and knowingly loaded damaged items into the delivery trucks and the process of not being able to get through to IKEA calll centres, helplines, online and offline, by phone, email and head office during these crucial times, leaving us without furniture and funds for such a long period. We demand compensation for the duress and distress caused for having the ordassity to deliver damaged goods in such condition without giving the option to decline and refund on the day of delivery, forcing us to accept the order in such condition. This is not the experience we were promised by the IKEA customer Care policy.

Easy access, with plenty of parking spaces, well sign posted. My only problem is you have to walk all round the store to get to the self service stacking aisles to collect your item, surly there is a better way to go and collect your item without walking all round the store.

Safe quick click and collect, nearly empty car parking. Due to covid restrictions walking around IKEA store is much easier as people actually have to follow the arrows. IKEA always has what we need sometimes a couple of things we didn't. Lovely store.

I love ikea goods but their click and collect service is not just hit and miss, its very bad. You get instructions that They don't follow. Charge you £5 for the pleasure of going to stand in the cold. For those with disabilities you are better off waiting till the store opens. A total nightmare!

Arrived at around 9.15am on Tuesday morning and it was like I had the store to myself. Everything was well stocked and I didnt have to queue to checkout - used the self-service tills (under 15 items). The store must have been full by the time I left at around 10.40am because there were people queueing to get in - only around 4 people though so still quieter than I would have expected. The restaurant was closed but the hotdog stand was open ????

Waited for an hour for click and collect then being informed order not showing up on the system. Absolutely rubbish. Few people around also having the same issue where others came behind have already collected and gone.

Their covid arrangements seemed a little confusing at first. No confirmation email to collect an order, called then to query and was told can collect at any time. Once arrived to the parking lot, had to call a number to request pick up. In the end, it was super quick considering the level of precautions they took!

Got lost in the store - went round and round- but very very helpful staff. Mayb for people like me who get lost in their back stamp garden - a red or yellow line to follow(like in hospitals) to follow right to pay area,to restaurant, etc On the whole - good experience. Thank You.
