We had an Ethernet cable run from the living to the second bedroom to be used for gaming/ as an office. The engineer was very friendly and helpful, run the cable as discreetly as possible and had everything done in very good time at a very good cost. I would definitely recommend BAS and would happily use them in the future for further works, easy 5*

A wonderful service from start to finish. From my initial conversation with BAS Ltd to determine what I wanted to achieve, through the initial visit to scope the job and then the actual work itself.
We needed to improve our wi-fi performance and for our Sky Q system to work properly after 12 months of poor performance.
Danny who came out to complete the work was thorough, courteous and worked incredibly hard to make sure that everything was working, as we needed it to, before he left.
I never got the feeling that the job was being rushed to get away and we have seen an immediate fix to all of the problems that were mentioned during the original call.
Highly recommended.

Great service from your engineer who arrived on time. We told him what was required so he fitted a new Ariel and two television sockets. Very tidy no mess left even though it was raining. Would recommend.

I had all sort of problems with my Sky Wi-Fi and poor performance whilst working at home with teams and Zoom calls etc. I rang BAS, they got someone out the next day to review my problem (last Thursday) and now today (Tuesday) they fitted wiring and the right Wi-Fi booster and my home office works like a treat. Great service and all the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Brilliant! Prompt service, and fitted me in at very short notice (because I literally couldn't sleep otherwise) excellent communication from the engineer, he was extremely thorough, explained everything, and triple checked before doing ANYTHING that may incur a cost. We had an issue with a humming noise reverberating through the chimney, which was quite loud and only when the wind blew from the west! Another company took a look but "guaranteed it's not the aerial" and charged me for the privilege, however living with the noise, I knew this wasn't right. Berkshire Aerial Services however were willing to believe me, even though the engineer had only seen it happen once before in 18 years of working. Once the aerial was removed, there was no more vibration and the house is now completely silent, so we now have a new aerial, and can sleep again! Thank you BAS

Absolutely excellent service. Helpful, prompt and clean and tidy. I am really impressed with these guys - I highly recommend them. They gave great advice when I called (and I'm not knowledgeable about cabling etc so it was much appreciated) and Hedley made sure that after the installation my broadband was working properly and that my computer etc were all linked up. Absolutely chuffed to bits with the service provided. I booked this morning and by the evening the TV is up on the wall. Hedley gave me good guidance on the TV being positioned and was very helpful. The area was left very clean and tidy. Work was very professional.

I have used Berkshire Aerial Services on many occasions and have always been very happy with the service provided. On this occasion they have attended twice because of an electrical complication(not their fault) and they have gone to a great deal of trouble to find a solution and have delivered as promised.
Their level of professionalism, expertise and courtesy seems rare in this day and age. They are a real find and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Berkshire Aerial services fitted my new aerial 7 years ago when I had moved into my new place. This time, as last, the home service was excellent, both prompt and with all advise given. I had moved the tv to another room during decorating and the signal was lost ( mostly due to my poor memory about how the aerial was wired for use! )

They replied promptly. Attended when they said they would. Mounted my television there and then and had a bracket that allowed me to tip the television to one side to avoid glare from a nearby window. They cleaned up after themselves. No reason to give them anything other than 5 stars.
