Good quality fabric and good price

They tried to overcharge me for 50% higher price. I didn’t pay that price as I bought the same fabric just the day before from another staff. Also be careful with the store with only 5 stars and 1 stars review, as one side tend to be full of fake reviews.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! These people have sold us damaged stock and charged us for more metres than what we got. Call them to report this, the manager was extremely rude, talking over my voice and then hung up the phone when I got a change to put a word in. Our company has been shopping here for nearly a decade but this truly the last time.

Very poor service and rude and unhelpful staff. I purchased 2 metres of fabric from this shop while on a visit to London. 2 weeks later I rang to order more of the same fabric, at the same price. I was speaking with the shop owner called Paul and he assured me that he would send on the fabric. The cloth arrived 3 days later than he said it would and was in fact the wrong cloth. Instead of receiving the 10 pounds a metre fabric that I had paid for, I received 2 metres of the cheaper 5 pound a meter cloth, which is a completely different quality and colour. I called the shop and Paul insisted that the fault was on my side, he claimed that the fabric I had bought the 2 weeks previous was in fact 15 pounds, and that the one he sent me was worth 10 pounds a metre. I insisted that I had receipts to prove that the heavier fabric was only 10 pounds per metre and therefore he had posted the wrong one. But Paul shouted over me and refused to accept any scanned copy of the receipts - stating that 'Receipts don't count' (!). Clearly he is not familiar with the basics of customer service or the basics of business / retail. I found the whole experience extremely unprofessional and would not recommend trusting this store for over the phone transactions or postal orders.

they have cheated us , wy have buy 40 meters fabric and when we unrool at our office it was only 32.5 meters, and they never accept to pay us back, be careful if you are going buying from them and make sure how they measure the fabric even when in front of you, and most fabrics are dirty . Neveeeeeeer We will buyyyyyyyy from there.
