I visited this location on Welwym Garden City and this store is huge! Such a wide selection of clothing at a great quality and relatively cheap price. I would definitely recommend this location if you are near by.

Large H&M store arranged over 2 floors offering clothing, shoes and accessories for children, women and men. Vast choice and I find that the clothing range for girls is particularly good and generally offers great value.
The store is relatively tidy and the staff are helpful and friendly. Fairly easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. A pleasant shopping experience and I would happily return to the store if I am in Welwyn again.

I was visiting the store with a friend and everything was tidy and clean, with a few exceptions. The staff members were very helpful and it appeared to be a store that I would genuinely recommend to people to visit. The variety of clothing for ladies is vast, and they range from modern to more conservative styles. Overall it’s a nice place to shop and there is plenty of items for everyone to choose from!

Really nice HnM. Very tidy store and changing rooms. Staff nice. Changing rooms actually have decent curtains that actually cover you and enough rails to hang everything you need on. And as always, excellent prices.

Exceptionally rude Staff !!
I generally do not prefer to write bad reviews for any place/store, but am bound to write for H and M staff here at Howard Centre, WGC. I bought a dress few days back . While paying I didn't check the product name and it was billed as shoes (which was the mistake of the staff). It didn't fit me and when I came to return it 2-3 days back , the staff said that the receipt is not correct(as its written shoes , which was their mistake earlier) , but agreed to exchange if for anything of same price or higher value which I agreed too. I found something else and when came to the till , out of the two girls , one was giving very rude comments for a gentleman who had just left exchanging/returning few things. She said next time don't exchange or return anything from this man as they might wear it and return it. All who were paying were quite shocked to hear this , including me . While making my payments I made sure and cross checked that the product printed on my receipt is right this time as to avoid this humiliation , just in case. The item was again mentioned as generalized product ..Anyways , the staff should learn something from good store's staff like Debenhams , Next etc. and a lot of improvement is needed.

So jam packed with rails of clothes it feels like you are negotiating Hampton Court Maze! Low prices but dubious quality. Providing you don't expect clothes to be serviceable in two years you should find something.

I have always found lovely clothes for my niece at H&M at very reasonable prices. The shop is well laid out and is tidy, clean and cared for. The clothes are up-to-date and well-made. I always seem to be able to buy coordinating tops and skirts/trousers on one visit.

I actually have trouble finding jeans that fit. I'm a size 4-6 and finding good sizes for my frame are extremely difficult. I can honestly say that without having a h&m so local to me I'd be left with little choice and options on where to find anything to wear. I love that you do small sizes and that your prices are so affordable. You've provided me with suitable work, casual and evening out clothes which I'd have been unable to find in my size anywhere else!

Your Jean sizes are absolutely shocking. Having to buy jeans 3x bigger so they fit as all your sizes are too too small. You need to send your jeans back to the manufactures to get re checked. Also only going up to certain sizes in clothes, dreadful. Doesn't suit everyone's preferences and needs. Awful clothes shop. Not worth a penny

The staff amazing as im in a wheelchair, one lady sticks in my mind as I pulled over a dress stand with my wheel and she was so concerned about me and that I was ok and I that the clothing was ok lovely shop grate staff with lift and stairs perfect thank you H & M
