Absolutely obsessed with their products! The shower gels and body butters smell divine and the face washes are great. The vitamin E range has to be my favourite and has really helped my skin. Every time I visit this store the staff are friendly and extremely helpful to ensure you use the correct products for your skin type.

Love body shop. Fantastic offer in the Oxford Street branch three body butters for £20.the shelves were beautifully stocked the shop was tidy and clean.
The staff was knowledgeable on the products I asked question on.

Nope! Lackadaisical service, displays with hidden items, staff chatting about their gym plans whilst serving customers. I had to approach them for help, offer my loyalty card at the checkouts, and venture to say thank you afterwards. I would try a different branch!

Oh, God! The smell in here. It's different from Lush (which you can smell from the street, by the way), but when you go inside here and actually have a whiff of the products on sale they are just to die for!
I now have strawberry, mango, banana and ginger body creams from this place and I don't think blowing my whole budget for the day on those is going to be something I regret for one minute - LMAO!

If you want to save mi y there is always an offer available . Do ask for a loyalty card to add benefits and points .

Im only giving one star because the system does not let you post a review without giving a rating. The customer service in this store is appalling, having been into the store on two separate occasions over the past two months, I have been a victim of racial profiling on both occasions by both the consultants and the security.
If you're a young black person, I wouldn't suggest going here as the security follow you around with every move you make, and staff offer you baskets with the racial prejudice of believing you're a suspected thief.

The shop is great, although extremely busy, and staff is friendly. However I just went to get something 20 min before their advertised closing time and the shop had already closed their roller shutter with staff still wandering around rearranging stock ... if only I could leave work early whenever I pleased..

Worst customer service ever seen, specially from the french girl who was calling herself a store manager. Bought the product like 2 hours ago and lost the receipt when went to refund the product and showed her bank transactions online as well but she and her other colleague said they cant do refund without receipt
