Unreliable! I had booked weeks in advance and no one showed up. No one answered the telephone so I ended up making alternative arrangement. I called to get my money back and was met with rude behaviour. I understand these are stressful times but reliability is the cornerstone to a business like this.
I would think twice about using this service.

A definite 5-star *****. We used this taxi company today, it is such a good experience. The drive was Alex, he came in good time, with very friendly attitude. What also impressed us is his professional image. Not only was he well dressed - with a smart look all over. His car is spotlessly clean, there is certainly lots of effort there; well done! Alex.
Alex kindly put in place mineral waters and some sweats at the passengers seats which made a difference during the travel. I think he has raised the bar much higher in providing an excellent service. You get the feeling of him 'eager to serve' - we'd love to see this spirit prevailing across all walks of life - in government, in education, in our councils, etc. In comparison to other taxi companies, their asking price is not any higher - very competitive.
We certainly would like to recommend other colleagues and friends to book with them for any future travels.

We booked a ride to Gatwick at four in the morning. The taxi was fine on time and the driver took us to our destination quickly and comfortably. So our journey started without stress! Next time we will take Airport Taxi Brighton again.

Excellent service. Prompt 5am pick up from one address and then from another address 5 minutes later. Perfect meet and greet at the airport on our return. Courteous and efficient drivers on both our journeys. I would certainly recommend and use again if making a airport journey.

Driver arrived right on time. Got a text as well to say they were arriving. Little things like that really help when it's a 4am airport drop off, it eases the mind that they coming! Driver very professional and clearly understood when to engage with a client and when to leave the coronet alone to work/ rest etc. Great company, I'm pleased I switch services. Let's see how the next few bookings go! Also they sent an email the night before confirming pickup, again it's a simple yet effective mind relief!

I have used Airport Taxi Brighton 5 times for work, between London Heathrow and Hove and central London and Hove. The service Airport Taxi Brighton offer is first class. Their cars are immaculate, their driving is safe and Alex and his team are professional, considerate, reliable and genuinely care you have a safe an enjoyable journey. Airport Taxi Brighton drivers love driving and if you’d like to have a chat or if you want to sit quietly it’s totally up to you. Their customer service is exceptional. Not the cheapest but the prices were stated up front so can’t really use that against them. Taxi was early, comfortable and driver very attentive. Forgot to get cash and card payment was available as a backup.

Excellent service. Smart friendly drivers. Immaculately clean cars. Drivers friendly but equally when on return trip jet lag cut in I was left to snooze in peace rather than have to make conversation. I wish some taxi drivers would remember this !

The service you gave to and from the airport was excellent. Both drivers turned up before time and the cars were luxurious and with little extras such as water, crisps and sweets etc. They were both very smartly dressed and very friendly.
We did give the driver that picked us up on our return from the airport a £20 tip as we believe he deserved it after waiting around. In fact we should have given him more as because we were delayed and he had to wait for ages.
We certainly would use your services again as we are highly impressed and we would recommend you to friends as we have done.
Thanks once again. You went the extra mile for us and made our journey easier. Shame you only do airport runs as the little extras are very special.

Amazing service, super easy to book on the phone (especially after the first time) I’ve used their service multiple times for business trips. They always pick me up on time by arriving at my house early. Great premium car (Mercedes) and the driver always wears a suit, very professional but friendly too. £55 to Gatwick, perfect, exactly what you need when going to meet a client and you don’t want any stress.

After having used various cab companies and couple of executive car companies over the years for work, I'd believed I'd discovered the following trilemma: you can have quality reliable service, reasonable prices or local to Brighton, pick any two of the three but you can't have all three.
After being let down badly several times in a row I decided to do my research and discovered these guys. They manage to hit all three, my trilemma is false.
I strongly recommend giving them a go.
