Excellent service from the TTW team today,I had Apple CarPlay and reversing camera installed in my Porsche Cayenne, nothing was to much hassle and along with a very high standard of service and installation, I was very happy with the experience from start to finish. Elesa talked through the procedure of the installation and answered any questions I had, great customer service with a comfortable waiting area with hot and cold drinks and Netflix to watch to pass the time away cannot recommend these guys highly enough 10/10 In the current circumstances all safety precautions in place with covid guide lines, but made to feel very welcome Thanks for all your help and support James

I was a little concerned in turning my new Audi Q8 over to TTW to install a Blackvue dash cam system and battery. However, there was no need as Tom has done a superb job and I couldn't be more pleased. My car was treated with care and the installation is superb with all wires and leads hidden away and the battery installed underneath the front footwell. Whilst the installation was being done, my missus and I were looked after by Elesa in a covid secure waiting room with coffee, tea and Netflix on the telly if you want it. TTW are a professional outfit who do a superb job and care and look after their customers. Plus the fact that Tom and Elesa are nice folk to deal with. Highly recommended to anyone thinking of having a dashcam fitted to their car.

Tom and his team at TTW have provided excellent service over the years so when I decided that the HK stereo in my G31 5 series tourer still wasn’t as I'd expect a premium audio system to perform, I was a bit apprehensive about what could be done further. We talked through the various options and issues in detail, including the lack of clarity at high volumes with the HK system and my desire for something that could work well at all volumes with that clarity of sound that was missing with the factory HK. The setup is a complete OEM replacement fit so, apart from the difference in quality, the speakers / amp fit without any apparent mods to the vehicle. The soundproofing no doubt took some time but I’m sure also helps a lot. There was some tweaking and a lot of attention to detail with the final result being an audio system that is simply phenomenal for the money. The clarity at high volumes is exceptionally good and the presence (especially with the upgraded roof speakers in my tourer) fantastic. It can be a Jekyll and Hyde system if you like - at low volumes, it’s great quality and then when you crank it up it becomes a very very loud and clear concert hall. Absolutely top marks for working with both customer and audio manufacturer to provide the bespoke system that BMW can’t get close too. Thanks again for another top quality job TTW

Enquired about van locks, was given a price, was told I would be called back and advised when it could be done, the following day I called again and was told I'd be called back in an hour, I called the following day and was again told I'd be called back. Presumably they don't need the business as it's now been the best part of a week and still not heard back.

Called for advise and a quote for speakers and a amplifier installation but didn’t get very far. Didn’t seem to no much about the products in question so I didn’t stay on the phone long enough to get a quote.

Would like to say a huge thanks to Matt Burton at TTW installations! Since having the new fleet we've always been worried about a van "go missing" Which previous ones have. Our usual contact was uninterested in completing the work.. even after waiting 6 months. Matt came up and quoted us for all 4 of our Van's to have the following work. Trackers, Immoblisers, rear reverse cameras, beacons, rear load compartment microwave sensors, alarms and deadlocks all round. Not only was the quote cheaper.. but installation on 3 Van's completed in 3 days. On the last week before Christmas! Every aspect of the job working professionally and genuinely feel looked after. So if your in the market for ANY auto electronics.. TTW is the place to head. Many thanks from all us at putzmeister!

Had a reversing camera fitted to my Evoque. The quality of the product and more importantly, the service was brilliant throughout. After fitting the camera, TTW got in touch completely unprompted and suggested a modification that could be made the enhance the camera. This modification was completed, very professionally and at no cost! Many thanks to Elesa for her great comms throughout and Matt for his professionalism and attention to detail. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this excellent company; thank you again!

Day one of the AR790 2ch. Can't fault the service, had front and rear cameras fitted to a BMW 5 touring and the picture quality from both cameras is great. They took time to explain the App, and all its facets and when I left I had the impression that if there were to be any problems it wouldn't be an issue to call and seek their advise. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for, and the professional approach they demonstrated bodes well for the future. I think the wife's car is next!

Contacted TTW on Facebook after seeing that they were recommended installers by BlackVue. Enquired about install of Dashcam + Carplay module on my Mercedes C Class W205 Estate, the team were responsive and knowledgeable. Arranged a Saturday install for me so that I could drive up from London to have it all fitted. Matt walked me through my preferences regarding the install, noting the pre-existing marks on the dash, where I wanted the camera versus what would work best, where the power magic module would go for easy access to change settings and where I wanted the CarPlay USB socket. Install of both Carplay module and Dashcam was done quickly and professionally, with Matt taking me through the setup carefully to allowing me to test all the features and understand where everything was located. Happy with the work and whilst the install was not cheap, it was carried out professionally and I would highly recommend TTW.

Travelled from Manchester to Nottingham to ensure that the BLACKVUE 900S dual view was fitted by the best in my Jaguar FPace. Excellent job, helpful staff, clean and tidy, fully explained impressive workshop/showroom, not the cheapest but professional job. Worth the visit.

To us, what makes such a difference when deciding if you want to deal with a large, sometimes faceless corporation, or a smaller company...is the service. TTW gives you that more focussed and dedicated customer service that we all hope for, but more often than not do not receive. Time and again you have proved yourselves to be helpful, knowledgeable and supportive in all manner of dealings. Looking forward to doing more business with you in the near future. EG.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from advisors and even the manager. Sold me a faulty camera and blamed me for damaging it when initially it was a manufacturers error. They went onto blame the installer when in fact it was yet again a manufacturers error. Extremely demeaning manner and refused to give a refund. The cameras were faulty from the day I bought them and took nearly 6 months in order to get a refund even though evidence of video and photos were given to show there was something wrong with them and not the way we were using them. In the end had to go direct to manufacturors and a third party in order to get a refund and when found it wasn't our fault but theirs, no apology was given. A refund was issued but took them 2 weeks in order to action further adding insult to injury. Samantha and Tom are extremely rude to say they are managers and have no professionalism in their work. I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all!!! I now have decent cameras that are just as good and from a reputable company that take pride in their work and value their customers! Replying here because I can't reply to your comment for some reason. You didn't supply 3 new cameras at all and once again you are blaming the installer rather than taking responsibility. You replaced the front camera, then had to replace the rear camera on the second complaint. I then sent them again to you and you just sent a new cable stating there's nothing wrong with them even though you had evidence proving there was something wrong with them. Don't blame everything else when the problem was the cameras as shown when taken to blackvue directly who provided the refund due to YOUR incompetence in handling the situation. I forked out a lot of money sending and resending, including proper packaging and boxes and wasting time and days chasing up queries and standing in the post office. Sam and Tom were rude plain and simple. I only received the refund due to me getting in contact with Blackvue directly and presenting the evidence of emails of your behaviour using solicitors advise that you were warned of. Only when I told you I would take you to court did you give the refund and still wasted time that I had to chase up for it. This is the first time you have apologised, blackvue apologised to me on your behalf so don't make out you were willing to help when it took so long in order for you to action it! I won't be buying anything from you ever again and I hope nobody else does either with your attitude. Be professional and take responsibility for the products you sell rather than blaming everything else for your incompetence!

A very professional team, quick response to initial enquiry and very patient comprehensive advice given. Install of dash cam took little over two hours and done very to high standard, all wiring hidden. I have no reservations in recommending TTW to anyone considering using their services

My wife brought a black vue camera from ttw could not get it to work on her phone because there was not a bar code on the box to set it up with.she phoned them to send her one but would not because she had it to long they said.she as just had a new car she wanted a power lead they sent her a power pack in stead so she phoned them again to return it and send a power lead it cost her 44 pounds and said they can't refund as she as had it to long .it was the end of January when she brought it .will not be ordering from this company again or recommend it to any one .very rude customer services they have .

Had a C550 Speed Camera detector fitted to Tesla Model S. All wiring hidden and unit hardly noticeable. Excellent service.

Terrible customer service Blackvue should think twice in keeping them as retailer. I will not buy any more a Blackvue camera after the experience i had with the return department at ttw. When buying the most expensive dash-cam on the market you expect better technical support and customer experience.

Had purchased two dash cams from TTW before but not had them fit them. After good after sales service from TTW I decided to purchase the new Blackvue 900s and the Chettah c550 camera detection unit and have them professionally fitted by TTW. For this I travelled from Plymouth to Nottingham. I’m so glad I did. My wife and I were welcomed, taken into town centre and picked up from town centre once fitting was complete. I was shown how both the dash cam and the Chettah 550 worked. Just a nice team of people who offered me a Pluperfect service throughout, and I would visit them again no matter the distance. I would definitely recommend a visit to TTW Distribution/installation, and would advice you to have them fit your purchase if you can. Thanks to TTW and staff Steve and Sue

A POOR service at best... Prior to purchase of an online order for an accessory for BlackVue 750S2CH I was given the green light by TTW. I went ahead with my TTW order. It wasn't compatible. I had to send it to BlackVue UK. I had to keep on chasing them for updates. Then I had a voicemail: You've been refunded for the product. Two weeks of frustration; out of pocket; TTW don't do accountability - "It's the suppliers fault!".

I just purchased a blackvue 750 1ch was going to buy a cheap one but no point if it doesn't do the job, I don't know much about dash cams but read great right ups so ordered and also they give you a power magic FOC that give you power whilst parking which makes sence. So far looking good I am still finding my way round a the moment but sure TTW will answer any questions I have. By here for genuine product and best price

I recently had a Blackvue DR900S 2CH dashcam and a power management unit installed in my car by TTW Installations and I must say I am very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. After reviewing their website it was clear that they attract owners of premium car marques, which was a good sign. I was impressed that they have a dedicated room/garage to do the installation. I initially made contact and arranged a visit to their premises to discuss my dashcam requirements. They informed me of their approach to car installations, ensuring appropriate measures are taken to minimize any potential risk of damage to the car whilst the installation is taking place. I was pleasantly surprised by their approach, and therefore booked the car in. They informed me that the install would take about 2 hours, but also assured me that they do not rush a job just to get it done on time, and take as long as needed to ensure the finished job meets the customer’s expectations. I was invited to watch the install so I could see the work in hand. Something again I very much appreciated. At the end of the install they checked everything was working as it should and assisted me to set up the dashcam with the app on my Phone. However a few days later I noticed that the dashcam was not performing as well as it should (visual impairment) and contacted them to discuss the situation. The fault was with that particular camera, not the installation process. They offered me a new camera and agreed to fit the replacement FOC. I found this to be excellent after-care service. What was also impressive is that they wanted to ensure that what they installed met my requirements. Originally I was thinking about adding a backup power unit but after discussing this it was agreed to try without it (approximately a 30% cost saving). Again I appreciated that they did not try to upsell to me something I didn’t really need. I do believe they endeavour to provide a great service to their customers and to differentiate themselves from the norm. At the end I am a very happy customer.

Avoid this scam company at all cost. They charge £4.75 delivery cost then use use 2nd class royal mail service to post your item in a envelope. When you speak to them they are very rude. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
