We needed somewhere to park for the Hilton Metropole for 3days. Having a family car (SMax) I needed to ensure the spaces were large enough. This car park fit the bill. Easy entering and exiting. Outside the congestion charge too!! Perfect!

Parked here on Tuesday first time. After 2.5h when I was leaving the charge was supposed to be £9 but I was charged £20! Apparently there was a tiny sign at the entrance saying that today it's a flat fee of £20 due to some cricket match. Sign must have been hidden in the corner because nobody saw it, nowhere else displayed in the car park. Completely unethical anyway to increase fees just because there is an event. It would be fair to cap the max fee but not to charge more for those who are supposed to pay less! Not even sure it's legal! Nothing on their website either. When complained to get a refund of the difference (not full refund!) they showed no interest in hearing out, just gladly put the easy money in their pockets. Feel like somewhere in Eastern Europe in the 80's.

Nice place, good location, safe, suitable spaces and easy to park with a car wash available while you are away. I parked for long hours and when paid on return the machine did not issue a receipt whence I needed it for refs.. However, when rang the help button the lady answered politely and suggested giving her my email to send it to me, which I did and shortly later I received an email from Christine Potter with a proper attachment for my request. Thank you, I am impressed with such service.

Not sure how you review a carpark but it had spaces, had good lighting and was easy to pay. Wasn't able to prebook but £20 was reasonable for 24 hours. Outside the congestion charge zone is also a big plus.

Parked here for the cricket at Lords on 16 July. This is an excellent parking garage - easy to find, good wide spaces and excellent service from Jeff the attendant. Jeff showed me how to get back into the garage and walked with me outside to show me the best route to Lords. This park is also a lot cheaper than the St Johns Wood garage - only £15 for the whole day.

Good decent car park. Thank god they fixed the lights. Great service from Shin the attendant.keeps the place spic and span.can really tell when he isn't posted there.please keep him at church st. He's the best.always polite and always working.unlike the others who always walk around on their mobiles and never help when there's issues.the place would be downhill if it wasn't for Shin.

We've parked here a few times recently when visiting Lord's. It's great value and the car park is really secure with decent sized spaces. Pre-booking has worked well for us. Would definitely recommend parking here. We've booked again for next week!

Small, Tight, nasty little car park. Its overpriced by miles. It has a horrible entrance and exit (very tight with high curbs) full of car wash traffic. No ones ever on hand when you need them, the list goes on.....

Used to be my go-to car park in this area. They have just increased their daily price by a massive 20% (from £15 to £18) while halving the loyalty bonus... Will be looking at other arrangements.

Great customer service online and on site, easy to book - find and pay unlike others in the area. Area may look slightly dodgy, but we had no problems at all walking from the car park to Marylebone Rd and back again in the evening when it was dark. All day price was really good considering location. Questions answered promptly and efficiently the night before, through the Q-Park online chat service - with a convenient discount code! Highly recommended.

I booked this space as I needed to attend st Mary's hospital for the whole day .
It's 5-10 Max walk to the hospital
As a pregnant woman I needed somewhere close and cost effective this covered both.
I meet Shin the nicest parking host ever!
He direct me on which exit to use to walk directly to the hospital .
Being heavily pregnant i didn't want to get lost!
On the way back he was helpful again helping sort out my ticket save me walking around .
He was such a lovely man , asked about my day and we had a lovely chat, I would definatly be using this space again just to see Mr Shin again!!

Use an alternative and save your money. Booked to park for 24 hours on a Sunday. There was no attendant, which is fine. But I thought I should check how to use the Q-Park Voucher to get out of the car park. At the barrier was a handwritten note saying that I had to use the Help Button on the ticket machine to exit the car park. There was no Help Button, so I paid £3 for the few minutes I was parked and went elsewhere. Q-Park use Park Magic to manage their bookings. They have no customer service to speak of and told me there was no refund and to ask Q-Park. My advice is use an alternative firm - these guys are hopeless. (to prove a point photos won't upload to this review page!)

just outside congestion zone, this location is perfect for avoiding having to register at tfl. note that you parking is shared with a car washing business, hence everybody goes in and out all the time.

My debit was rejected upon inserting it so I tried contactless that worked but the gate opened with no ticket issued, I needed time to get help who told that no need for ticket in contactless, but when I came back the gate was closed asking for a ticket! So please find a solution for this and get 4 or 5 stars!

Q park have this system where you have to insert your ticket into their ticket machines and form a queue with people who haven't prepaid. Exiting from Lords cricket ground last night was awful. We didnt read the instructions not did many others!! ..

I would like to thank Richard Leonard for his very positive review of when I met him on the morning of the cricket. It was actually the 14th July not the 16th, I remember it well but we can all get dates wrong. Unfortunately, because of that Monaza Salam, a Q-Park Commercial Manager has said 'I do not believe that this customer is credible.' This really seems she's being very churlish, with a small closed mind to me. The reason I am saying this is because half an hour after I had been with Mr Leonard (who I was with for approximately a quarter of an hour), I was suspended for apparently staggering and being under the influence. Imagine how incredible I am to be able to hold myself together so well while with a customer if I was in that state before and after. The 3 stooges who colluded to come up with this fictitious story to stitch me up were Senior Hosts, Ali Iqbal, Naqib Yahya, and Godfrey Gathioro, the latter had broken the law in a Q-Park van on the 12th July while at lights by taking a picture on his mobile (it was at approximately 14.00 to 14.15 so you could look it up Q-Park as the vans have CCTV). I would easily have been able to prove their lies but according to one manager the CCTV at Church Street does not record, very convenient (but not much use to me or safety for customers though!) Of course, these underhand things all led to my dismissal. However, thank you once again Richard Leonard, I know you was telling the truth despite what Monaza Salam wrote.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think customers are entitled to know when management deem their review not 'credible'. Also, I think customers are entitled to know on the review section that the CCTV doesn't record!

There system was not working and until they fixed, I had to pay extra 3 pounds and the “call center help ( a guy called Gareth)” was not helpful. He was actually talking over me and he was only telling me, it’s what it is.
