So helpful. Professional, friendly and genuine service. Would highly recommend. My car started making a strange noise Friday evening and early Saturday morning they came out to my address, took me to a garage and my car was in straight away getting sorted. After a great day out...I came back to my car to see that my tyre looked a bit low. I thought it would be okay and tried to get to a petrol station...within minutes of driving the tyre went completely flat and I knew I wouldn't be able to get to a petrol station to put air in it.
I parked up safely and called my breakdown provider Call Assist after they took my details they advised me that Sussex Tow would be with me within the hour.
Sussex Tow contacted me within a few minutes to make sure I was okay and informed me that someone would be with me shortly...10minutes later they arrived and put on my spare and even advised me that my faulty tyre was repairable and marked it up for so that it could be easily identified when I went to get it fixed.
Furthermore they did a courtesy call to see if the job was done...I informed him that I couldn't believe how quickly job was completed.
All in all I have nothing but praise for all the people who made what I thought was a going to be an ordeal simple sailing.
I'm just grateful for the patience and kindness all involved showed me today...am so happy to back on the road...Thankyou Sussex Tow...xXx
