Decent Shell Garage, recently been upgraded with new pumps and store. Store is a Deli2go which sells convenience items. There is a Costa machine and a cash machine which is free to withdraw.

Was shut at least 20 minutes early, good fun when you're low on petrol. Especially if you've just been to the other shell garage which claim to be 24/7 but isn't. Can't recommend BP enough as they are open when they say they are.

Mostly good, friendly staff. I was a bit disappointed by the new app when I chose to pay £20 but it cut the pump off at £18.50. It only charged me 18 odd quid but I would have liked the extra liter of fuel and I guess Shell would have like my money. I like that they take hypercard now too. Pumps are a bit slow to fill car and generally the products are a bit expensive inside like most garages.

I rock up to this shell garage every morning without fail because of a certain item, the item is THE STEAK BAKE!!!! Yes the steak bake the best pastry I’ve ever tasted! The gravy oozes out with a small kick of black pepper! The steak is cooked to perfection just how anyone would enjoy it! Never fails to be the perfect eating temperature unlike the rivals Greggs! Great customer service unlike the massive head woman in Greggs Clevedon!

My husband put £15 of fuel in car, before realising he had forgotton his wallet. Explained to the cashier he would drive home and return straight away, he was told if he drove off, she would phone the police! she then decided to ignore shell policy which is
A, ask my husband to phone myself and transfer money over the phone.
B, Fill in form for such circumstances, and ensure payment within 24 hrs.
Instead he had to walk home and back.
Ignorant, rude and unhelpful staff member, results in family of four car drivers ( plus extended family and friends and neighbours) will go to Budgins instead, where the staff smile are helpful and embrace customer service.

Fuel is stupidly priced and it makes me sick. However this fuel station makes you feel a little bit better about paying the exorbitant prices. There's always a spare pump, space to linger and staff are generally nice.

I am not sure how they manage to price LPG 10p a litre more than those at Cribbs Causeway. It is actually cheaper to drive round to ASDA and fill up. It is also ridiculously slow to start up in the morning. The only saving grace is the reward card.

Brilliant staff always friendly. One of only two gas stations in bristol who provide autogas so I do travel out of my way to use it. Is only let down by the morning times. I would of thought in a ring road position like it is being open before 07:00 could be more useful

Shell fuel is the best for your car, so they compete well with sainsburys on their prices! Albeit instore prices are ridiculous!! They also sell autogas whilst all of their competitors don't so judge for yourselves
