I took my car to John based on the very favourable reviews. However I have been left a little disappointed. My first visit was positive and I left happy. However 3 months later the same problem re-appeared. Then I contacted to see if I could get my car re-looked at but the response I received was very unhelpful. There was little offer or suggestion of help provided. It felt more of a inconvenience should I return the car to be looked at again. Its a shame as I was looking for a reliable mechanic that I would have used for the foreseeable future as I have recently moved to the area.

I managed to find john while searching VW transporter mechanics , i had already spent nearly £500 on three other garages who couldn't diagnose the issue with my T5, John diagnosed the problem without having actually looked at my van, he replaced the blown head gasket as well as numerous other components along the way, extremely knowledgeable, and at a very reasonable price, Highly recommended..

I cannot speak highly enough of John. An absolute expert and at a reasonable price, who really loves VW T's.The ones you see at his garage are peoples pride and joy. They go to him for a reason! I don't often leave google reviews, 5 stars does not do him justice. On top of that he's a top bloke!
