AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
Never returned an enquiry email so went to the shop. Kept waiting in an empty shop for ages until someone came from around the back. No knowledge whatsoever. Had to look everything up on a computer. Tried to say a double head unit would fit into my car when I knew it wouldn't unless the heating controls were removed. Refused to look at the car so I could show him he was wrong. Tried up selling me items I didn't want and telling me it was a whole days work needed before quoting me a ridiculous price.
Went instead to a shop on Green Lane Road who had amazing knowledge without having to look on a computer, fitted me exactly what i wanted in 2 hours and for half the cost.
AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE. They have no clue what they're talking about unless their computers in front of them (sometimes even if it is). They're just trying to rip you off.

I went in, bought what I needed and walked out.
One staff member looked very bored and not in the mood of talking and the other one was helping someone else and seemed very helpful. So I guess it depends who you talk to.

Had to ring a bell for service... it's 2017. After a 5 minute wait with no answer I rang again and suddenly a very bored looking man answered our questions in the least enthusiastic way possible.

Would never use this place again,attitude of some staff appalling,they managed to completely cock up my electrics and when I rang about it the arrogant manager said that I couldn’t prove they had done it,even though they were the only people to have touched the electrics.stay well clear.
