The BEST garage in Leicestershire for Electrical issues!
I had my car looked at by 2 other garages over the course of 3 months (total of £800) to fix an electrical problem with my car - and it still wasn't fixed! But then I took it to RS Autospark and it was fixed within a day for a fraction of the price!
I have used and will continue to use them since then!
Incredible family-ran business and an asset to Loughborough!

After a very unsucessful and somewhat overly expensive 'fix' from another garage (they did nothing after having my car for a week!), I was given the phone number for RS following several excellent recommendations from work colleagues. I'm really funny about who I give my car to fix but from the first phone call to RS, explaining my problem, they pretty much guessed what the issue could be and even what car it was lol. They were the first company to be straight up honest with me and fully explained that the sensor on the front radar could be the reason for the intermittent fault (ACC error). They gave me some options and at my request, they fitted a replacement whilst cautioning me this may or may not solve the problem, they'll have to see.. I'm impressed with the service so far, the honesty and just the fact that if they don't know the answer - they will say!.. I wish I'd come to RS Autosparks first!!!
**UPDATE**.. The radar update didn't fix the error so the car went back to try for another diagnostic and it turned out it was the oil pressure switch - go figure!!.. Happy car now and happy customer too.. Thank you RS!!

Total amateur booked my vehicle in a week in advance ! Was assured that i was the first job of the day ! Left the key which needed a battery changing the day before ! Left the vehicle outside the premises 3 hours before they opened ! Some 4 hours after they opened the simplest of tasks taking into consideration this individuals supposed qualifications had still not been completed ! Lots of excuses on the phone ! Upon arrival at the premises it was quite obvious what the problem was too much talking at the snap on van !!! Would not let this amateur timewaster change a bulb took the vehicle to a reputable garage and had the task completed whilst i waited so it shows there are reputable auto electricians in Loughborough but this company is certainly not one of them !!!!! The reply says it all !! A 20 minute task !! 0/10

Trying to rebuild a 40 year old classic car. Had come to a dead end sorting out electrics. In the space of a two hour visit to my house, Ron had it all working and deciphered all the issues I was having. Old school and exactly what was needed.

Just noticed a one star review i seem to have posted .. this is totally incorrect and I don't know how it's happened .. I will contact Google and have it removed .. iv know Ron and latterly John for over 40 years now .. iv used them since I was a teenager myself .. I regard them as true artisans in there field .. there is nothing they carnt fix or replace and have huge knowledge in every aspect of electronics.. they are always there for you and always true professionals.. friendly and helpful as always .. I'm very sorry that a one star rating happened .. truly brilliant 5 star service to all of us all .. well done ..
