Relative to other car parks a fair price for Brighton, I paid £10 for 6 hours. Secure doors, cctv, ticket machine accepts contactless. About 15-20 minute walk to seafront.

The only carpark left in our great city with just about reasonable fees.

A reasonable price for parking options in Brighton giving access to the London Road area and further a field. Ticketed entry for security. Fair sized bays and usually plenty of spaces available. Try not to park under the leaking roof spaces the water leaves a calcified deposit on your paintwork.

The parking is very accessible coming from Arundel. It is safe and because only people with ticket is allowed. It is a short walk away from the pier and the price is reasonable. I have parked at level 3 and exited opposite sainsburys. the short walk to the pier is enjoyable passing through shops and to the pavilion. left the car park around 6 and the traffic going out is not that bad. I will use the car park again for sure.

Secure and in a decent location. Worth getting an annual pass from BHCC if you need to park in Brighton most days/every day. With an annual pass it works out at £4.40 per day, or £2.20 per day if you are a resident/work at a local contracted business (pass is half-price for those who fall in that category)

Cheapest parking I found in Brighton. It was £9 for up to 9hours but it's more in the centre so if you are going to the sea front then you will have a 1 mile walk but it's better than spending the £20 that other sea front car parking are charging

One of the cheapest car parks in city centre. Great for The Level or North Laines

It's not safe at all. My daughter has to park here to attend city college & is scared stiff each day she leaves at 8pm. Shes been approached on numerous occasions by drug addicts & the homeless, harassing her & threatening her. A naked man approached her as she got to her car, she was shaking with fear. There are no camera's which is why drugs are being dealt there undetected & homeless can get shelter there but it's a carpark!!! It should be monitored by cameras or the police should frequent there to make us feel safer.

This car park is probably one of Brighton's cheapest. It's easily accessible and to park here for between 4-6 hours will only cost you £8 verses the £30 an NCP car park will set you back. It is shuttered so completely secure and there is even a secure entrance foe foot traffic, meaning only people will a ticket can gain access. Highly recommended and one less thing to worry about while you enjoy yourself on the beach.

Clean and secure. You need your parking ticket to even get back into the building which offers extra piece of mind.

Secure car park just less than a mile from Brighton Pier and only a short walk from the North Laibes. Took us about half an hour to 40 minutes to meander to the pier. Seems to be the most reasonable parking fees in Brighton at £8 for up to 9 hours.

Reasonable price. 15 mins approx walk to the beachfront area. Exit was a bit unclear - you have to keep driving up to exit. And keep your ticket with you for when you return to your car - it has to be scanned to access the car park.

Website says a ' weekly' ticket can be bought at machine. Machine says 'Long term' ... And unhelpfully no guidance on ticket types near the machine. Looks secure though and the staff were really great in dealing with my queries and problems with getting a long term ticket out of the machine as well.

Secure car park with automated shutters (it may look closed when you go up to it, but they automatically open). Relatively affordable prices and nearly always spaces. 10 minute walk to the high street.

Right to start off, the car park feels very secure having to go through the large entrance doors, on exiting to the street on foot there is a similar experience, the cost of parking was very reasonable, but upon leaving there was very little signage to indicate the way out, needs to be addressed properly

Fair prices for the centre of Brighton and a great location, just a few minutes from the North Lanes. Never struggled to find a space, even on busy days.

Not happy with this car park! came all the way from London for the day and was told couldn't park there as half the spaces were reserved for the church nearby even though it was only about 20% full. had to park in nearby trafalgar car park which ended up costing more than double! ! Thanks a lot!

The price is good for all day or overnight but the stair wells always have human excrement and used needles. It's never cleaned properly, the roof drips limescale onto your paint work so don't park in the spaces that have puddles. It says secure but it's not there are homeless people living there. Nothing against them personally can see how this is intimidating to some people. Come on Brighton council it's awful. Also the car park is un manned. If you leave this car park anytime near rush hour be prepared to drive into an unavoidable traffic jam due to the poorly designed road layout at Saintsbury's and one way system at Preston circus.

Homeless people with so much stuff next to there tent all along the pathway of the exit? Not MANNED 24/7 a man in a van pop's in?? I am in a wheelchair too, I went back the next day to collect a bag I had stolen from in the Carpark unfortunately less £280 quid and a smashed tablet. It's ok but nothing like the explanation on line really. sorry but this was my honest experience.
