I'm sure the people who work for the management/ owners are very nice and work extremely hard for their pay. I personally would not work for people who are 100% unprofessional, do not have an understanding of employment law, and it takes them three tries to get a p45 correct. I would rather give my money to a company who treats their staff with respect.

Busy, but I'd called ahead and was happy to leave the car with them for a midi valet. They said to come back in two hours - I did and it was all done, great finish and everything is very shiny and clean, and the car smells like new. Great service.

I use this place then have a bad experience then stop using them., then I think I’ll go again.
One day it’s x amount next time it’s a different price and staff can be stroppy if you ask why the difference in price. Just be helpful and explain !? Why have price boards then tell the customer different.
Two weeks ago I had my car washed it was £5 I gave £7
Today just a wash was £10! Why the difference? And no my car was not filthy dirty either.
In response. I was trying to say that prices seem to alter regardless of pricing boards. And did not any service was too expensive!!!!

I've done a full valet job,if you go there they will say that the workers have 20 years experience at the car wash and they said not to worry about it .they have done a poorly superficial and lousy job .the worker that cleaned my car started arguing with me when I've showed him the bad job that he did. I am not a smoker and he decided not to clean even the ash trays among other things like dash board, spare wheel, central console, windows, etc ,the windows were done very superficia . I strongly advise not to use them for a full valet

Left car for deep interior clean. Had some milk spillage under back seat and some mold in the back of the car.
After half a day got car back looking clean, however soaking wet. Could keep a car for other hour and left it dry out.
Only days later noticed that cup holders are broken, mold is still visible and smell of milk is still present.
We wash our motorbike in your place as well and the same guy who did our car seems to not to do his job up to our standards and we are not satisfied about it.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Guy asked if I wanted the inside done I said yes as the price was advertised from £15 for a standard wash and hoover. (Like every other car wash ever) After reading over the reviews they have obviously tried it on with other customers. Apparently the minimum was £25 for a Hoover. So I paid £10 for an outside wash but they want to charge me £15 for a bit of polish and a Hoover? After watching how they work there was at least 10-12 cars in front of me as it was a busy day and reasonably understandable but not one of those 10-12 cars had the inside done. It’s obviously not a standard service they provide as there wasn’t even one Hoover present.

Went in for a Wash and Hoover for £10. They asked me what I wanted, then tried telling me the inside of my car was "too dirty" for hoover, when it really wasn't and then suggested I need the Mini Valet at £25. If I want Wash and Hoover, then I expect a Wash and Hoover. I've never been to a car wash and told it's "too dirty".
No thanks, very poor. Car wasn't even cleaned that well either. Won't be returning to this place.

Was recommended the Ware garage by a family member. This is the best car washing place around I have travelled a long distance to see what the hype was about. I wasnt disappointed at all. Really helpful valetters and gave advice and really professional. Will be back using this brilliant company.

I usually take my car here and am pleased with the results. Today, one of the undersides was still filthy, windows smeary and inside still dirty. When I pointed out to the guy these bits he just shrugged and said I should have the £25 valet and not the £15 one!
At this point, I pointed out to him that I always have the £15 valet and the car is always well done so what's the problem now? He was very dismissive saying I should have paid more! I asked him if he cared for my repeat business and he said 'no', seriously! How not to run a business! Either a bad day at the office or this place has now seriously gone downhill.

Disappointing - Thought I'd try this place out as its always busy (wasn't that busy today). paid £25 for a mini valet. Lazy job was carried out and it took at least 45 mins to complete. Outside was fine. Inside still had dirt and dust in cup holders, door trim still dirty and centre console not polished properly. (car wasn't that dirty to begin with)

Was told £25 by one the guys to do inside and out, the supervisor said £45! I was just looking for the car to be cleaned inside and out in the time I had to spare. For £45 I would have expected it to be at least 2 hours work!!
