We like to go there regularly. But it really depends on the weather of it's good or bad. Definitely worth a visit.

Great choice, everything you can suit all.It is better to come earlier as there more to chose from as later after 11 a lot has gone or going.

A good mix of stalls, with both dealers and private sellers well represented. A big bonus is the easy parking. Not the largest of bootsales, but is reliability on all year round.

A good day selling. Good monitoring of social distancing. Plenty to see and wonderful views from the racecourse.

I have been to many boot fairs and this one is best for me. It's always open most Sundays and the surfaces are paved therefore no muddy shoes. Simple layout of stalls too. Parking is not an issue.

Absolutely love this car boot, think they need to become abit more covid secure ensuring everyone we’re a mask.

Won't be going again. Too much grubby overpriced tat. I don't usually say that.

Due to the weather only 5 lots selling and still paid 80p to go in however managed to purchase a few nice bits. I'm sure it's a very different story on a sunny day as ample space for cars/tables. Will return for sure on a sunny Sunday after 10.30 otherwise it's £3 to go in

What a great day I had! Made myself some money and meet some great people! Great mix of car booters and dealers! Sun was shining can’t recommend this place enough only £10 to set up a pitch and a good size amount of space, staff were extremely helpful the manager even helped me unload some of my stuff as I was late

From what I experienced today, nothing appears to have changed from four years ago. Toilets in poor condition and very dirty, the area wasn't the biggest. Staff seemed not very friendly and to expect a entrance fee is firstly a joke. £.2.50 before 1030.. well Thankfully I arrived at 10 so waited half hour with many others refusing to pay £2.50 when it drops to 80p after. In protest I decided to give the guy my largest note possible. I found the place didn't really need to charge a fee as the sellers pay money in rent for the day to sell. I also noticed a lot of litter around. There was only a couple of bins at the burger bar and that's it. I have found reviews on here to be very truthful and accurate. Well i got a few items as Christmas presents and left. Will look elsewhere and boycott this cowboy carboot until it either gets run by proper professional people, reduces the entrance fee to zero like every other car boot.. Or can always sit back and watch it fold into a box again. Don't waste time here

This used to be a boot sale with random things and an enjoyment on Sundays. Now, it is a place to buy plastic toys and fake branded shoes.

Been living back in Brighton now for about 2 months and love doing car boot sales! Last week I tried down the marina car boot sale and had to pay £24 for my van pitch so this week I tried this one and only had to pay £10 and got more room here much better place and better run event

It's well worth it for both sellers and buyers. As a buyer I paid £10 to get in recently. It used to be £14 for a car. All in all a good day and well managed car boot.

It's ok can get some good bargain s. And it's free parking. Go after 10:30 and it's only 80p each to get in. Otherwise before 10:30 it's £2.50 each to get in

Very very expensive to pitch. A tenner. Never paid that much to do a car boot sale before. Didn't sell much either. Made about a tenner. Also they charge early buyers 2.50 so the whole thing seems pretty steep but maybe that's just because they have to rent the land...? I don't know! Even after early it's about 60p most car boots are 20p entrance!

This boot sale varies in quality every week, seems to have a larger percentage of professional booters which is more noticeable as it's fairly small (although largest that I know of in Brighton). I'm fine having to pay something to get in as a buyer, but to have to pay considerably more before 10:30 really puts people off, and when you're trying to sell, having very few people walking around but a large queue before 10:30 is quite frustrating.

I honestly can’t believe some of the negative reviews regarding this car boot sale. People moaning about the entrance fee..? Majority of car boot sale charge nowadays, and people complaining about the Toliets? Most car boot sales across Sussex supply portaloos At least here it’s a toilet block! This is very well run car boot sale, staff are extremely friendly

It's a car boot but entrance fees are a joke. £2.50 entrance fee per person before 10.30 and then 80 pence per person after 10.30, and before I get a message from admin, I always get there before half 10. I just think they should reduce the entrance fee. Toilets are third world but they have recently upgraded them by installing a fly screen in front of the gents urinals lol. Maybe they should invest the extortionate entrance fee into the toilets ????????

Always a great car boot sale. Quite large although the downside is you have to pay entry where most car boots are free entry Cheap as a seller car or van regardless is only £10.

Turned up as a seller. Had their times wrong on their website so could not get in. Complete waste of time. Apparently website has been out of date for years. There should be a zero star rating for places like this.
