Amazing customer service. Did the job really well, cleaned my car inside and out. It was spotless! Staff were very friendly and the price was decent. I would definitely recommend this car wash and for sure will be coming back again!

Reasonably priced for a standard inside and out, though it was almost another tenner to have the interior wiped down which seemed a bit of a jump so I've done that myself at home. I was there quite a long time (45/50 minutes) Still quicker than if I'd done it myself of course, but longer than expected.
Admittedly my car was filthy but they missed several bits on the outside which is a bit frustrating.
Staff seemed friendly though and indoor waiting area would have been handy if it was raining.

What a fantastic car wash, was not expecting such a great service. I have an expensive car and been to others who are rushing around trying to get the next one done. These guys spend time and effort to ensure the car was very in and out. I would strongly recommend

No idea of customer service. The full gold service was meant to take an hour but they "finished" in less than 30 minutes. Lots of bits were missed and when I asked for the large deposits of tree sap to be removed from the bonnet, they said "we don't have anything for that and and anyway you'd have to pay for a platinum clean". Rubbish. Don't go near them.

Half hand wash, half automatic. My cars alloy wheel was damaged by the automatic wash side and to top it off it didn't even clean my car properly. Avoid this place like the plague, plenty of other hand car washes in the area that do a better job and wont damage your car.

one of the best car washes I’ve been too. They have a very cosy waiting area and free hot and cold drinks. The staff were ok and they did a brilliant job, definitely would visit again.

Poor overall clean, many areas missed, lack of cleaning products used, I had to point out a few missed areas, but still they were cleaning half heartedly. Rubbish, won't be going back. Expensive £15 in/out for Astra.
Need some competition in the area so they need to up their game.

Major patches of dust left after cleaning all over the van, wheels still dirty, water marks galore.. I could deal with these. The van had glossy black paint but after 1 wash here is covered in deep swirls and now will need a full detail from a professional.
Staff all seem grumpy and microfibres on the floor. AVIOD IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE!!
