They simply churn the cars out not focusing on the end product. I went home and cleaned my car again, no tyre shine either. I also ended up hoovering my car as they would not do it due to being too busy. Stick with what you know.

I use this place every now and again as it’s local to me. Not the best quality, but it serves a purpose. Last visit I paid for the “Look Unique” clean which shows a full hand polish included. Asked if it had been done and they said not that’s the old price and not included, even though it was advertised on 2 boards. Upon my request and re-iterated the signage, they refused to do the polish and said that is “old price”. Very unprofessional and will not be going there anymore.

I used to get my car washed here all the time and they where fantastic but now must be new management as I didnt recognise any staff, poor job my wheels wasnt cleaned properly, the hoovering was a quick job my 3 year old could have done a better job will be avoiding there completely now

Don't bother you'll only waste your money. Just bought a car, it was cheap yes but bought it as a run around. It needed a clean and valet, and they didn't do it properly. I pointed out a few things like mud on skirts, trim needed a clean etc etc but nothing, they didn't want to know. I lost patience and drove off. Bunch of lazy idiots. Won't go there again. Like I said don't waste your money.

Wonder if this has changed hands, taken my car here several times no complaint, yesterday went in didn’t recognise the usual staff, was in and out in no time, when I got home I saw one said still had the remains of what I think was a pint of milk that had been dropped by someone at the weekend, it took a lot of elbow grease for me to get it off, not what you expect to do when 5 of their staff have worked on it. Won’t be going back.

They have a loyalty scheme. Don't be fooled. I was told the next car wash was free on 3 successive visits. This Saturday they tried it on again. Told them and they begrudgingly never charged. Shan't be going there anymore.

The guy washing my car tried to wipe my window on the inside of my bmw and broke the wire for the heated rear window. I saw him do it and he didn't say anything to me about it once I confronted him he tried to lie about it and said it was already broken I then got irate and and then he admitted breaking it he said he would pay for it to get repaired and he never
