Not really satisfied, the interior of the car were still a bit dirty. They wash the car very quickly but without paying attention to details whatsoever.

I went there for mini valet cleaning and I am not satisfied with the services. Below are the details
1. One side at the roof of car from outside had black spots although the other side was comparatively clean. It's seems to me that one of the guy out of two did not do the job properly. I had to clean it myself.
2. Cleaning job inside had marks of spray.
3. No car freshener given which was advertise free with the services.
4. The cleaning around the doors had marks left.
5. Overall I believe the service could be better.

I had a terrible experience here, the manager on the day was extremely rude when I told him that the baby seats in the back could easily be moved if needed. He was very rude and basically told me to do it myself, he didn't have a clue about what I said! He was very disrespectful and his team knew it, one of them came up to me to understand what had happened but it's unacceptable, do you guys usually wash cars for free or something? if not then respect your paying customers!!!

Hard to enter the place without doing 5 point turn as the cars are parked around and you have to do a u turn to get in. The wash left water stains and marks which were not cleaned off.

So, just before dropping car off, I count the money in the change box - it's £3.30. Can't be bothered to fish it all out. Pick up car, it's now £2.20. I tell them and they ask around and say nobody knows anything (of course, that would admit guilt). So here it is - it's a decent value clean. But fetch out your coins and other valuables beforehand...
