Fast, friendly and professional. Open till late,11pm , 7 days a week. Good to know there's a local chain store to get bits and bobs when we need them.

This store sells a excellent standard and amount of variety for a sainsburys local however, we were waiting for 7 mins for Nurofen to be approved at the Self Check-Out - firstly, the professional manner of staff members are at a low rate (represent your store and be apologetic to a customer when they have waited), this store is lucky to get 4 stars and not 3 stars. I do not wish for a reply to this feedback to report it further, take it as a suggestion instead.

Don't believe what they say. They are not open until 11pm. I went there to get nappies for my child at 10.52 (10.55 latest, according to clock on clock tower). I was told 'we have been open many hours' and refused service, despite the fact there were about 8 staff standing around and one man was still completing a transaction. In the time we were arguing, they could have let me in to buy a pack of nappies (right by the door). The general supercillious attitude - particularly from the short dark man in glasses - appalled me. I suggest that if they employed more full time staff and fewer students staff would have more interest in offering customer service rather than bunking off early.
