Fantastic service from start to finish. From the first phone call Mo gave all the details needed and then tag teamed with Maf who sorted everything out over the phone, right through to a smooth collection. Best customer service I’ve received from a car garage. Will definitely be making future purchases here.

The salesman was very keen to help at first until it transpired that he didn't have a car in stock that met my specifications. He suddenly became very uninterested and spent more time on his phone with text messages and completely ignored any questions I put to him. He obviously wasn't going to get a sale from me that particular day so became very rude and certainly unprofessional. That's one dealership I will not be returning too. Covid regulations were not being met either, with other customers walking around without masks and not keeping the 2 metre distance. Stay clear of that dealership.

Can't recommend to anyone i have buy car from them three week ago and spare key doesn't work and i'm keep ringing everyday to find out how they going to fix the problem but same answer every day some one going to ring me but now three week no one call me back.
So after sale they don't care so can't recommend anyone just full of lays on social media if you not happy we refund your money.

Recently made my new purchase and was very happy with the experience and service is received from Luke. Nothing was too much and always answering any questions I had. Really happy with my new car and will defiantly go back when I’m ready for the next car. After service is also really good. I had a few issues which were soon resolved, somthing I was a little weary of, but now I know I’m in good hands if I ever need anything again.

A swift process and seamless. I left a deposit on a car on Saturday evening and by Tuesday afternoon I was driving away. I got a great finance package from Abdul and Saxton 4x4. Excellent customer service and a wonderful showroom (only saw from the forecourt). Click and collect was something new but worth it. Loving my new SQ5!!

Their sales experience was fantastic but after sales experience one of the worst I have ever had. No accountability when things go wrong. Had to wait for months for a call back and to be only told that the time had lapsed for them to do anything when clearly my calls were being avoided. The attitude of some of the staff really needs to change just unacceptable. Conflicting information being given all the time.

Please DO NOT buy the warranty that Saxton offer , My wife brought a Q7 last October only done 12000 miles and the timing chain has failed. The warranty I brought was the best package (the platinum plus) and today I've been told that they are refusing to pay the bill (£3k) because apparently my chain did not snap just bent (at a 40 degree angel) it's wear and tear not sudden failure , Even tho all this happened in the space of 20second . The warranty company saxton use are a complete joke . As for saxton 4x4 the team/sales are all great just the warranty they offer is day light robbery please buy your own warranty people

Incredibly slow service AFTER PURCHASE.
Once you've paid then all the great service is gone. NOT just me but also a lady I was talking to had waited 2hrs for her Range Rover she had bought the week before. The salesman I had to deal with was ignorant and everything seemed to be a problem, hardly spoke to me, didn't have paperwork prepared or keys to hand or Vehicle out of storage (spoke to me once in first 45mins).
I was collecting an almost brand new G Wagon for my customer in Scotland who bought it remotely, they knew I was booked in for collection and new I was on site but still took over an hour to hand over the "pre-prepared" vehicle.
If it wasn't for the receptionist (extremely friendly and helpful) hassling them to actually talk to me and let me know what was going on, I would have been completely in the dark.
Give yourself a lot of time for collection.

An incredible experience from Abdul and Saxton 4x4!! We used their click and collect service and it was flawless.
I made an enquiry over the phone and 24hours later I collected my Range Rover Sport.
Abdul gave me all the information over the phone and sent over personal videos. Very transparent. Very charming too!!
I received docs from Andy the finance manager and it was all as I expected. I then came and saw the car and it was perfect!!!

Back in December, my wife put a deposit down on a Land Rover to "reserve" it. Two days later we had to chase Saxton and was told the car had been sold to someone else. I asked for the sales manager to call me, which he never did. I then had to chase for the deposit to be refunded! I would never recommend this business to anyone. Disgusting customer service.

Wow what a place !! Run like a well oiled machine. My friend did buy a car and there was no pressure sales . The young lady who talked my friend through everything was very knowledgeable about all the makes a models . She is a credit to the company . ( Bev or Beth ) . The whole place was spotless and very well organised . The only draw back was the cars are not ready for sale , they have to be valet finished and and any stone chips or any flaws dealt with before pick up . So it was two hour drive home and another trip back in two days to pick up car . I have every confidence the car is going to be immaculate ,inside and out . It was as great experience and fully recommend anyone to check them out if you are looking to purchase a 4x4 this is your place !
