These folks are here to help and they know their cars, I. E., they know what is inventoried and which part is available. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find the part I needed, but it is good to know there is a place we can go for parts that isn't in the business of ripping off their customers. You guys are the best!

I’ve been to BYOT in Waco several times. I have always had a very pleasant successful experience. I’ve read some of the other reviews relating to the $2.00 charge to browse the yard... seriously people? It’s $2.00! The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful and the prices are very competitive. I wouldn’t pay much attention to the complainers... BYOT is worth every penny!

I love this place... I have been pulling parts there since they opened. They are organized, clean and friendly. They're prices are low and if they don't work, they will refund your money or let you find another one and swap. Before you pay for a brand new part try to find what you're needing at BYOT...it will save you money. But I warn you, you will be hooked after the first visit.

The entrance to byot is on the left hand parking lot. There is a huge parking lot and u walk up the sidewalks and through the main double doors. Our company and employees are great and always here to help!

Today we had a guy come pick up a old car we have had sitting since 2014. When he got here he was extremely rude, made me want to completely change my mind. Guess he had some miscommunication. I've never had to deal with this stuff so my husband put it all together but I was home and had to help. He mentioned not one but two time that " this car isnt going to make you rich" right there totally irritated me. I understand people are having a hard time, but he made me want to say which I shouldn't have had too. " we have money, we know this car that doesnt work and hasn't since 2014 and that has just been sitting here make us money. We wanted it gone. He got upset when I called my husband so he could maybe communicate a little better, however he was completely rude to him as well. Customer service was awful. Next time I'll just Facebook marketplace instead of having to deal with these people again

Waco store is overpriced, and staff is not particularly friendly. I have gone to may other pick and pull places and will try to avoid this one. They nickel and dime me over 5,- and out of principal I walked away. They ended up having a part that probably would end up in the trash. Lose lose situation. DO NOT GO THERE!!

They charge you to go into the place to look for a part I’ve gone three times they’ve never had the part that I need they are sketchy they figure if they don’t have the part they can at least make money by charging you to go into the place in my opinion they don’t even deserve one star that’s the Sorriest place I’ve ever been to

I love visiting BYOT, been coming here ever since it was u-pull-it auto parts. Few people I know have sold their cars to them for a low price, but they were still able to get something for it at a time they thought nobody would give a penny for them. I think that taking a picture of each customer and having them touch the screen to agree to the terms and conditions prior to entering the back area is a little uncalled for, but good way of keeping up with your customers.

Every time I’ve dealt with BYOT they have always had what I required. Customer service polite ? That’s a hard question to answer. At times I thought, “someone having a bad hair day.” Did I point that out. NO! Everyone has them of course. What transpired between the two then I would assume BOTH were at fault. Long story short, Great place to save lots of money. Would I recommend this company? HILL YES !!! See ya again!!!

Great place if you need any parts for your vehicle and the prices are reasonable. You're supposed to bring your own tools but the times I've needed a certain tool and didn't have it, they let me use one of theirs for free. The staff is really friendly too. If you're coming during the summer, I can't stress enough how important it is to also bring something to drink!!

I like the way they have it set up. Their vehicle location map could do with a legend maybe so you would know what area you're looking for when the map says green or red or blue area's. That I never figured out. Friendly staff, great service and had what I was looking for. Will use them whenever my needs arise.

A great place to save a few bucks (or a ton of cash) on parts. Fun to do as well. I wind up here at least a few times a year. Its never easy pulling your own parts but ive also had success using guys from their part puller board. Always a good deal.

Went in and paid for a part with warranty and whenever it didn't fit took the part back and they charged me again to get in to swap the part out. Then you pay for a warranty and if you can't find what you're looking for they refund you for the part but not the warranty sounds sketchy to me but overall price is pretty decent.
