We booked a viewing for a used car that we had seen online. We were contacted quickly and an appointment was made. The process was very smooth and painless. Reece did most of the leg work whilst we were out on the test drive. Finance was arranged via an easy online system. Car purchased on a Monday and picked up fully clean and with a refurbished alloy on the Thursday. Very happy with the service we received. Thank you

Got a Ford transit and the engine in warranty. I did diagnostic in Arnold Clark branch and experts suggested a injector have to be replaced so I already know the issue. I book appointment for Friday 10th of July 2020 and I called KAP to explain I'm a very busy courier and on Saturday I have crossing abroad I cannot afford to lose time. I spoke to a agent called Holly and despite I explained a injector must be in stock either if not ordered on my responsibility to make sure would be replaced on same day (in average would take maximum 2 hours to do so) they try to tell me I would have to lose the whole Friday and all weekend to replace a injector?!

I bought a car on the weekend from a lady called Molly. I was very impressed with Molly as she was upfront and honest about the car. When I first got there I was a little apprehensive as I dealt with another car dealership a week or so before who promised me they were going to do all this work on the car and when I went to pick it up the car was in even worse condition, so having a car described to me as "excellent condition" was a bit of a red flag. When I arrived to test drive the car Molly left me and my Dad to look around the car which I appreciated as I didn't feel under any pressure. We were able to have a good look round the car without anyone interrupting. The car was exactly as described and had no imperfections on the body work at all. Upon test driving, again Molly was very knowledgeable and honest with how the car performs, I wanted a car that would be able to take a few bumps in the road especially pot holes and Molly suggested we go on the back roads rather than the motorway so I can experience how it really feels. Was very impressed with this as it shows Molly was confident in her sales pitch. The firm charges no admin fee and was very welcoming and easy to talk to through the whole transaction. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to revisit in the future if i needed another vehicle.

This is my personal recommendation for Nissan KAP Folkestone with special mention to Mr David Prebble.
As all we know, we are living uncertain and difficult times during this pandemic. We were looking for an upgrade for our old and fantastic Juke and we decided to contact KAP motor, after many calls and emails to other retailers in London area. We knew that maybe KAP was most probably closed, even though it was the longest distance to make, however after few emails David came back to me with a very positive answer.
After our chats, we decided to go to Folkestone and see the car we were looking for, The X-trail Tekna, petrol .... etc. Finally, I met David and showed us a fantastic and rare unit of this lovely car. From that moment David did all his best to move forward due to our PCP contract was at the end of its life.
When I said David did his best, I mean David did everything, the whole process was smooth, it was professional, transparent, dedicated and the most important, he is a very close person who will listen all your needs with great attention to the detail for your new car.
I personally recommend to visit KAP and buy your new car here! KAP will cope your expectations. Wide range of new cars, very inviting, roomy & clean and professional staff.

Bought a used car here today. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Nothing to much trouble even when i had queries and changed the collection date. Everything was processed quickly. Handover was efficient. Car is excellent.

I have used KAP Used Car Sales 3 times in the last 4 months and found them to be professional, courteous and providing an all round good deal. Dealing with Luke, Reece and Harry was great. Even recommended my daughter for a car from here too. I added the extended warranty and even when a manufacturer recall was required, they sorted a courtesy car and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use these guys again!!

Recently had a couple of problems with our vehicle, one needed advice the other a repair, (which was a recall). On each occasion I have been there I have been offered a seat and a coffee and the staff have always been helpful, polite and friendly. Despite the car being an older model, they carried out the work quickly and you are unaware of where they have done it. An added little bonus and something that was completely unexpected was the car was externally cleaned which was a pleasant surprise.

Could not recommend KAP Folkestone more. Harry W was absolutely outstanding, he welcomed me with such warmth and was so genuine. He went above and beyond to help me find my ideal car and gave me all of the information I needed regarding a BMW I was interested in. He knew everything off the top of his head which is pretty impressive! He wasn’t pushy in the slightest way and made everything so easy. He kept In regular contact with me throughout the process and ensured that all of my needs were met and questions answered. Having never bought a car from a company before, I have been so beyond impressed with how they deal with their customers and the quality of their vehicles. When picking up my car, Harry went though everything with me, including a demonstration on some of the features of the car which was so useful for a novice like me! Harry is a credit to KAP, he really does put the customer at the heart of everything he does. The other staff are also absolutely fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. traded in my car at Folkestone branch, the staff was all very polite and helpful my new car had a mark on the front bumper which they fixed free of charge and I got a phone to say my new was ready and they notice a hole in the wing mirror cover and they repaired they free of charge which was very helpful . I feel, I was ripped. Without knowing I was about to charged £99.99 to find out the problem while problem was windscreen water was not coming out. Made a complaint to the manager, paid half price.
I was a regular customer of KAP Folkestone, not anymore. You can't charge someone without a notice. I was furious.

This dealership sells cars BUT they are also a model of customer service. It was the first time I have ever bought a car and had no idea what to expect. But they were very patient and took me through everything. Felt very reassured and do trust have I have the car that I need. You could see senior partners hovering around so you knew who they were. They had detailed check lists of every piece of information that they needed to pass on to me. It takes work and commitment to foster a culture like that so I commend them. Really pleased with my new shiny car too.

I paid £1100 to remove the crash sign from dashboard 2 days later the crash sign came back I took car to them again and they told we not going fix this car any more ... I dont know what to do with them but please guys dont take your car to them to fix it...
They are scam will take your money not fixing the problem... I am very sad just burn my £1100.00

If I could score zero stars I would. They had my accident damaged works van for nearly two months. When went to collect, Wing mirror hanging off and signage is not level and in places looks like my 3 year old grandson stuck it on. Place should be shut down.

KAP in Folkestone provided me with astounding service and simple, quick and efficient finance options for me when purchasing my first car.
Within a week I had set up a finance agreement with Reece and Harry had delivered the car in perfect condition.
Both members of staff ran through everything I needed to know and made sure I was aware of anything to be kept up to date on.
Within the week of me putting a deposit down and the car actually being delivered, I received phone calls and emails from both Reece and Harry to ensure everything was completed and I was ready to receive the car.
They even went out of their own way to complete things for me that I could not do myself, both over the phone with me, and in their own time while I was working and could not answer emails/calls.
I will most definitely be a long serving customer of such a brilliant service when it comes to choosing and purchasing something so compulsory as a vehicle.
It’s even more special on a personal level as the car I purchased through KAP is my first car.
I could not have asked for more helpful, kind and friendly staff who were so willing to help and answer any questions I had, no matter how silly or challenging.
