This was my first visit to the Haywards Heath Branch for a service. The Burgess Hill branch is still closed. The service took just under 3 hours. I was told when booking car in, if dropped of 15 mins early would be done in 2 hours. I had to wait around as I don’t live in h/h. I had No explanation or apology for delay. When I asked after 2 hours if ready, it still hadn’t been washed. After another half hour the car was ready. The Car just wet, not clean. I complained. The Car was taken for re-wash. It Came back still dirty. Not valeted at all inside or out. I had No details of what included on service and no video.( I had a video when taking to b/h) I always check what’s been done .I Queried about the Air filter and oil change the lady had to look up to see what had been done on her job sheet. It Doesn’t tell me on mine.looking on my paper work ( tick sheet of what’s checked)tyre pressure there is a mistake. I Just don’t feel good about this service. I’m Very disappointed with experience as a whole.

I recently brought a Ford Kuga (Used car) 2016 plate from Dinnages Ford in Haywards Heath and I am happy to able to say that my experience with them not only was 100% enjoyable it was well above what I expected from them. My old car (not a Ford) decided to give up the ghost and I just popped in to see what they had to offer in the way of used cars. I have to say that they really went the extra miles with me and my situation. We live in France so a car failure while travelling is a little difficult to cope with. While my old car was on its way to another garage (it's final resting place) I looked at what Dinnages had to offer just as an idea of my way forward and not swimming back to France. I thought may be if I just had a quick look around I could see what my options might be, the first person I met was Chris and I explained our situation he was really understanding. After chatting for a few minutes he explained that if we saw something we liked may be they could help us a little quicker than normal. My wife also decided that she would look around and when I found her again she was sitting in a 38,000 pound Kuga talking to Bella one of the sales team. After informing my wife that was a little beyond our price range we found a brilliant 2016 Kuga that was perfect for us. At this point we dealt with Steve Brown the showroom manager who I got on well with as we knew a few of the same people in the car industry from years ago. Steve is what I would call “old school Legend” and I believe has worked there since the 1980s. Anyway we test drove the car loved it and decided to buy it. The day we picked up the car was Steve's day off so we dealt with Olly a great young family man with tons of get up and go to him and his personality, the perfect attitude to start the day right!. All went very smoothly and we are very happy with the car. We had one issue with the air conditioning which they fixed for free with no problem and even let me use one of their cars while they sorted it out, which I thought was very kind of them. In the future we will now use Dinnages Haywards Heath when we are over in the UK (which is a couple of times a year) to have any servicing done and anything else but I have every faith in what we are now driving. It is a really lovely company to deal with and nothing seems too much trouble for them to help you with. Sorry my review is a little late, we brought the car in September this year, but I wanted to see how we got on with it so basically 10/10 over the moon and would highly recommend anyone interested buying a Ford to use this company in Haywards Heath. I dropped my car at Dinnages, Haywards Heath after I could not start it (AA helped me get it there). They said I could leave it there until they had a space to diagnose the problem. They said it might be end of week, beginning of next before they could look at it due to staff shortages. I appreciated them taking it in and that is what the 1 star is for. 1 week later I received a call to say my dual mass flywheel had seized and I needed a new one, a new clutch slave and a new starter motor (despite me having a new starter motor fitted only 2 months before). When I researched this fault I had none of the symtoms associated with it. They quoted me £1240 for 'non-genuine parts' and £1500 for 'genuine parts'. I took my car home and got a mobile mechanic to give me a second opinion. He found there was a loose connection to the starter motor and fixed it within 10 minutes. I will never trust this garage again. Not only did they misdiagnose my fault but I had to chase them every time to get an update. I do not have the money to pay for faults I do not have. I want to spend it on my family. It's immoral and disgraceful and I don't know how you can do this to people. I am just thankful I didn't get the work done.

Honest and I thought he was genuinely interested in doing a good job. The handover was smooth and everything that was said they would do was done. I have just bought a Ford Fiesta Titanium from Dinnages Haywards Heath. Our salesman was Olly this time, he was great! Friendly, professional and obviously knew his job very well. We ordered my new car and he kept us updated on when it would arrive etc. We picked it up well within the expected arrival date and Olly took me all through the paperwork and the many new gadgets to me on the car. Whenever I visit this branch, I always receive a warm and sincere welcome. I am fortunate enough to have my dealings on car sales with Bella and always get a big smile and a cup of tea. All the sales people seem very pleasant and from what I understand from a few other of their customers, all are trustworthy and honest. The service department thus have have proved welcoming and attentive. I am yet to have the first service on my car and feel confident that it will be carried out to my satisfaction. I have over the years dealt with many car sales etc and must say, Dinnages, Hayward’s Heath, really cuts the mustard. Thank you all.

Came to pick up my Mustang GT, great communication from the start and excellent hospitality. My deal was mostly a phone deal, just came in to collect the car. Greeted by Ted Bradbury, very proactive chap and willing to assist in any way possible! Top marks. I brought a used Ford Galaxy from here two weeks ago, I was promised a missing key would be sent by courier in the next day or two, after a number of emails and phone calls I was told they had lost the key and are looking for it, I said if the key was not found by last Friday it would only be fair if they send me a replacement key. As of now they have not replied to any of my emails. I think it's also important to note that I did not receive any warranty in writing, no evidence that the car has had its checks. Update: I just called the garage and they are going to give me a new key next Friday.

This garage is now costing me nearly 1 week without my car mainly due to lack of communication. As I depend on my car for getting to work this is serious for me. Called on a Weds and they say Diagnostics can only be carried out Friday - I take the car Friday (waiting as I wanted to generate some loyalty) and find I am 2 days late - it could have been Weds Friday say will be fixed on Monday, Monday car still not fixed, no reason given, still waiting. Maybe this is just one bad experience, but it's bad enough for me - I am now a detractor

Dreadful service! Booked a test drive, which was confirmed. When we turned up there was no car available. Cocky young salesman didn't bother to contact us. During an earlier sales negotiation we specifically stated that our interest lay in a petrol engine version of our chosen model. When we arrived for the test drive the fellow was pushing a diesel engine version. According to him only diesel versions were available in the entire South East within the scrappage window (end of Dec). Solution? Off to a Skoda, VW, or maybe a Vauxhall dealership!!!!
