I've been lucky enough to be working with LRS for a few years.
I can say with no doubt that they are one of the best agencies in the UK. Payrates are very competitive, payments ALWAYS punctual every week, communication super quick.
The staff are very nice, polite and helpful.
Helen is lovely and super caring. Every time I had a question or an issue, she always did her best to sort it out on the same day.
I'm very impressed and grateful!
And last but not least, thanks to LRS I managed to turn one of the last temporay experiences into a permanent position with a good salary and a great company here in London.
This would have not been possible without them.

I have been called for a recruiter with a strong French accent, which English communication skills weren't her strength. She didn't introduce herself, didn't even asked if was the right time to speak and carried out with the questionnaire, which was clearly reading, in an automatic speech. She didn't read my CV beforehand, committed some pronunciation mistakes and asked the same questions over and over again. I tried to explain my background but she hardly could connect concepts and understand what I was saying, so she finally hanged up showing her lack of professionalism and experience for the role that is performing. What a shame for a Language recruitment Service to have a recruiter with this level.

A guy intervied me. Over the phone during the interview he was arrogant, pretentious, with an aggressive denigration tone, saying (among many other rude things): "let's see what we find in the market" (related to people interested in the role, like trade goods!).
I tried to ask questions, he didn't let me ask. When I tried, he used to aggressively speak over my words.
I had a so bad feeling after the interview that I was thinking not to be part anymore of the hiring process.
Then, after a couple of days he called me again as he received the confirmation from the Company (his Client) about the fact they wanted to interview me. In that moment he completely changed tone, he became kind, gentle, but starting pressing through every channell (mail, phone, Linkedin) to receive an answer asap from my side.
I accepted the second interview directly with the Company, I prepared it and I did it. After that, the guy at Language Recruitment Services didn't call me/message/mail/anything to ask how was it, neither the days after (contacting the candidate to know about the interview is the first thing the recruiter from an external agency does right after the interview!)
Plus, completely lack of coordination and respect: the "recruiter" (abused word for him) asked me to prepare 3 technical tests (I spent my time and energies) and at the end the person at the Company told me that the 3rd one was not required at that stage of the hiring process.
After that, I didn't receive any feedback from Language Recruitment Services.
At the end, I had to contact directly the Company (that apologied for that!) to receive an answer.
Absolutely unprofessional, rude and NOT SUGGESTED!
