Capital Seating & Vision

Sadly all the negative reviews are correct. I ordered 2 seat covers for the Recaro Sportster CS (Clubsport) bucket seats in my car. Both covers should be the same as are the same part number so there is no left and right side. Unfortunately one of the covers had no velcro on the front to secure it down to the velcro at the back. The correct resolution would have been for Capital Seating to replace the cover but they were not willing to do that despite admitting their team had made a mistake and forgotten to attach the velcro. Their solution was for me to return the faulty cover at my cost/time or for them to send new velcro strips for me to sew on myself. I chose the latter option so here I am with my £99 seat covers holding a needle and thread in my hands ready to sew. To sum things up: * Terrible Customer Service * Faulty Product These guys make Halfords look good, I expected far better for the price I paid. DO NOT BUY FROM CAPITAL SEATING!!!

The Integra DC2 red Alcantara sold here it's not the same as the original one! and it has nothing to do with the age of the seats alcantara! Disappointed to hear the colour difference is because the seats are too old.

Best place to get replacement parts for Recaro seats. They reply quickly to their emails and the shipping is tracked and fast! Genuine parts and terrific service!

Had my money for 3 months and still no seat covers!!! Called numerous times only to be told they will be coming.... This was down to a group buy on focus RS owners club where they messed up the original order and had to remake hundreds of covers!!! This company is a shambles and I will be looking at legal advice to get my £80+ back.
