Fail mot for my front brake pads, telling me what it's less when 1.5mm
When i removed brake pads it was 3mm left.
Failing mots for coustumers and hoping what coustumer will fix the cars at the same garage.
Good business.

Pre-booked an MOT for 8:30am. Received call after lunch indicating MOT fail as horn didn't work(?! never been a problem before). Garage would attempt repair with 0.5hrs labour to fault find. Called at 4:30, car still not ready. Asked to come back at 5:45 before closing. Car still not ready. Mechanic drove car from parking bay back into garage as I waited but was pipped at the post by colleague who parked car ahead of him in the spot. Used my card horn to tell colleague off. What a miraculous quick fix! Pass certificate issued without any additional charges. If an MOT centre can't even test your horn correctly and take all day over it..........

Professional service at a good price. Polite, helpful and excellent customer service. Hands down the most efficient mechanics in town! They don't mess around like others, get the job done as quickly as they can manage and work together to solve the problem and reduce labour charges. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Booked to have two tyres changed. Booked and paid using blackcircles.com and booked the AM Slot as it had no time options online. First time visiting so I called at 10am when they opened and asked what time in the morning to arrive, I was told turn up at 11am and it will be done between 10 and 1... strange clock on the wall...
Left the vehicle with them at 10:45am and went off shopping.
Come 1pm still no call. I called them and the vehicle was not on the ramp and was told it will be next.
We got back to the centre to wait at 1:30pm and still not done or even on the ramp.
They got the vehicle on eventually and we left at 2:15pm way after our AM slot.
Happy with the tyres and no mechanical issues relating but the organisation is non existent and mechanics were unsure on what tyres I had purchased online.
Would have been easier and less hassle to have they tyres fitted at home on the driveway

I took my car to serve today at 9:00. And I went to get my 1:00pm car, they still haven't served it, they haven't changed it to a 15-minute oil and oil filter, why did you keep my car in service all day? They said 12:00pm will be ready. I took the key to my car and went to another service, and I'm not recommending this service to anyone else.

Had an mot and service - car came back with issues it didn't have when I took it in, which they blamed on the previous servicer (a year before!). Service was awful, stood waiting at an empty reception for a good 10 minutes before anyone came to greet!

to see if another bolt would fix the issue. So they then said another 30 mins and would have replaced the discs/pads. I went back - still wasn't sorted but now I needed a new brake caliper for 300+ pounds. They seemed to be struggling to release the electric handbrake, with the kit they had and seemed to be using a lot of force trying to wind the caliper back. I questioned whether they had the right diagnostic kit- they said they did. The manager was argumentative about every question i asked, and as a consumer, who had never used this garage, i wanted to be sure I wasnt being ripped off. They suggested I read the reviews when got home - I wish I hadn't. I called the next morning, before said caliper had been ordered, asked them to put the car back to how it was, signed a disclaimer, - drove to another reliable family garage (waterworks road in Coalville) shockingly brake pads/discs sorted in around 1 hour. No caliper required, no mucking about and a cheaper service.I may have just been unlucky on the day, as only 2 staff were in, however it has certainly put me off going here again. Getting a second opinion saved me £600.

Went for MOT, was told car failed as rear disks needed changing, quoted £280.
Checked myself, disks were fine. Pointed this out to manager, he apologised and changed MOT result.

Cannot fault these. Courteous professional and considerate given that we are in the middle of lock down and I (genuinely) need to drive for work and was down to one working brake light. These went out of their way to make sure I was safe back on the road

Incredibly pleased with the service here, after having trouble replacing the exhaust on one of my many cars. F1 have an experienced welder who was able to fix it for me no issues. Will be coming here for all my future work.
I have edited this to update - It has been almost 6 months now and the weld carried out is still impeccable.

Plenty of parking and quick service at counter, good advice given and convenient fitting time offered, great service on my appointment, very efficient, I was fully explained the alignment results clearly and plainly. No jargon. Great service, waiting area is very unstimulating and, on my visit, cold.too cold to sit without a coat, no evidence of heating at all. Still 5 stars out of five for service and price, well done Dave, pardip, and John ????

Terrible customer service. Didn't see a customer walk through the door that didn't complain or have an excuse told to them while I was there. Quoted for a basic job then the price doubled. Never again!!!!

Absolutely shocking they cant wvennout the same (correct) pressure in each tyre.
After being in the waiting room for an hr, every customer that came in was there to rectify something that had previously gone wrong.
Will not touch them with a barge pole again.
