My wife has recently purchased a car from this company, they provided an excellent, friendly and helpful service. She received a good price for her car and to round it off when her paperwork came back she was able to pop in to have her personal number plates fitted and all the paperwork completed for her. Recommended :)

!!!OUTSTANDING FORD MUSTANG GT !!!
Writing this review on behalf of me and my father who came down from Liverpool to purchase their 2016 Ford mustang GT 5.0 they had for up for a bargain. During our time thier i can say we were both highly impressed with the service and hospitality given to us by all the members of staff. Can happily say my father loves the car and thankfully hasn't got a speeding ticket yet ( fingers crossed) but has been cautioned haha

Fantastic service at PR cars today. We had quite a journey to get there but it was absolutely worth it! On arrival sean was there to welcome us before we had even got out of the (old) car. He is professional & helpful but more then that he is a very kind man who will go out of his way to make the experience of purchasing a car exciting for a child too! We bought a Renegade which is in absolutely fantastic condition and pretty much every other car we saw looked immaculate too! We would definitely recommend anyone to purchase from this company. I was new to purchasing a car as had always had company vehicles in the past and was a little nervous of being had over.......after visiting the guys at PR Cars i didn't need to worry at all. These guys were amazing the whole process from start to finish was 1st class customer service all the way. PR Cars have gained a regular customer! Once i had the car i had a few niggling queries and they were more than accommodating to put my mind at rest (turns out it was all me getting use to a new car) however they didn't make me feel silly and didn't fob me off they were more than happy to put my mind at ease. Thank you so so much for your incredible service and if anyone is looking to purchase a car these guys are great, go and see them you wont regret it :)

Great place to purchase a vehicle with had my car delivered sat 26th feb 21 staff are great & pleasant to talk to & my 66 reg renault in immaculate condition & spotless interior. As i had never done anything like purchasing a vehiclei i had only seen on line & didnt get to test & view untill arrival . I was more than happy a knew i made the right choice. Obviously not forced to take if on arrival you dont like the car s for some reason. SEAN was honest when talking on phone & car was deffo as nice as he said so himself. Although 155 miles away from where i live would deffo reccomend & use again. Thank you to all at Pr car sales & a big thanks to the nice geezer mark who delivered the car.

Amazing customer service, we traded in our old car and got a new one. Unfortunately there was an issue with the clutch and internal screen! We contacted the garage and they fitted a new clutch and paid for a replacement screen which wasn’t cheap but they covered the whole amount. Fantastic after service and would definitely recommend. 5*

After looking around every car dealer in and around Worthing and then receiving poor service from Dinnages over several weeks we went down to P.R Sales and from start to finish received nothing but great service. The cars are good value and we received a new service & mot plus a years warranty.. heaps better then any other dealer we dealt with. Thank you P.R ????

My Dad was looking to buy a new car which needed to be a particular engine size as he tows a caravan and I stumbled across a car that I felt fit the brief and immediately made contact with PR Cars via the online chat. I received a call from Shaun who was extremely helpful and booked in a viewing for that afternoon. My Dad and I were greeted by Shaun who showed us over the car and allowed us to take it for a test drive. My Dad decided to buy the car and Shaun couldn’t of been more helpful and polite. There was no pushy-ness or awkwardness in fact it felt like chatting to a friend not a salesman. The transaction was as smooth as can be from start to finish. Buying a car ‘long distance’ is never easy and there can be risk, and ultimately disappointment. Having seen a car that I liked, I found myself in exactly that position.
Firstly, the fact that there was a good, thorough online listing with plenty of quality pictures gave me a good feeling. I then phoned PR Car Sales and over a few calls, spoke with both Shaun and Phil who couldn’t have been more helpful. Any and every question I had was answered to my satisfaction and beyond.
This then left me confident that I’d found the right car for me, without actually having laid eyes on it. I’m quite cautious and very thorough in my research when looking for a vehicle (car, motorbike or van!) but such was the service I’d received up to that point, I went ahead and paid a deposit.
Fast forward a few days until I could travel the 3h 45m to collect the car, once again I received excellent service. I was encouraged to examine the car to ensure I was satisfied that it was as good ‘in the flesh’ as the online listing (it definitely was!) and was then given as much or as little ‘walk through, talk through’ handover as I wanted.
The car had been valeted to a high standard and had been freshly serviced etc.
A cup of tea whilst finalising the paperwork and I was on my way in the luxurious surroundings of my impressive ‘new to me’ car.
** I will add that I am a key worker and need this car ASAP to get to my place of work. All Government guidelines of social distancing, sanitiser, protective screens etc were in place and were fully utilised. **
I have no hesitation in giving 5/5 star rating.

Having found the car I was after on Autotrader, I was able to arrange a viewing almost immediately. Being a young (ish!) girl going to a car garage can be rather intimidating however, I was made to feel welcome by all staff members and put at ease right away. Purchased a Ford Fiesta for my wife and the dealership could not help us enough. They agreed my specific requests and had the vehicle ready for collection on the agreed date/time, which included a full service using genuine Ford parts. One key fob wasn't working which we were told to pop into Fords and the dealership would cover the cost, so we did this on the way home and 40 minutes later the key fob was working fine at no cost to ourselves. Very impressed and happy with the car we bought.

Picked up my new car today and I'm so happy! The car is lovely, it was ready and waiting for me. The sales man when we viewed the car was very helpful and left us to look around the car & take it for a spin but was happy to answer all our questions. Bought a second hand car from PR car sales , couldn't fault the experience , had a slight problem, phoned the garage and spoke to Phil who ordered the part and phoned us as soon as the part was in , booked it in the following day and was repaired with speed and politeness by the mechanics , at no point were we made to feel bad about taking the car back . Would recommend anyone to buy a car from here .
