We hired a motorhome for trip to Dorset. Helen is super fast on the comms. Su is friendly and gave us a good tour of the vehicle before we got on our way. It was in good condition and we got to grips with it pretty quickly. Would definitely hire again!

Highly recommended - so happy I bought my car from STA. Great car, and Su and colleagues couldn't have been more helpful. As other reviewers have said, no pressure at all. Gave us the keys, told us to take as long as we needed to look over and drive car, and come back with any questions. The car was in very good condition, well priced and very clean, inside and out. When I called Su at STA about what I though might be a small fault (which turned out not to be a fault at all) she immediately offered to come to me the following morning. Hope to have our car for a while, but would buy from them again.

I have bought 2 cars from STA: one for my son and one for myself. My son's car had a minor reversing light problem which was resolved quickly. My car had a full cam belt change before collecting and a clutch replacement one week after I took ownership of the car. This was done without question. They also helped organise finance.

They sold us a complete dud of a car - SERIOUS engine issues right from the start! I would recommend that potential buyers read the "warranty" that they provide with their cars... when we looked at the warranty in detail we established that it's all but worthless. Su at STA offered to "have a look" at the car whilst also stating "there's nothing that we can do about it", which essentially is a disingenuous offer to do nothing. A big tick-in-the-box for Su - she at least pretended to be interested. She has no idea of where the car came from or of its wider history. Better to buy from a private seller at lower cost than rely on this company - if it goes wrong you're on your own.

Even when you're really gunning for one of their cars. They know what they have is good so they just let you choose what to take home!

I bought a Citroen Picasso C3 from STA car sales. The whole process was very smooth and relaxed. Had a test drive in the Citroen with total trust from the sales team as it was only me and a friend on the test drive.
Had a think about the car and called them back later that day about purchasing the Citroen. Absolutely no pressure sales from STA. They are very relaxed and easy going.
I’ve had the car for a few weeks now and it’s absolutely superb. Really happy with my purchase and would highly recommend STA car sales.

Went to view a few cars for my daughter at STA Car Sales, it was easy and as other reviews have said I was left alone to inspect the vehicle nobody watching over me. all the questions I asked were answered in plain English. The couple of technical Questions I asked was answered by there on site mechanic who took the time to explain the difference between a Timing chain and belt drive. When collected the car it was clean and well presented.

Absolutely brilliant service. I got a great hyundai 130 estate from STA and they were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout. from my first visit I felt I could ask the questions that I wanted to ask but maybe with other people would have felt were a bit silly or obvious. I had not bought a used car before and as someone who knows very little about cars I was almost tempted to get another lease car even though it wasn't going to work out best value for money for me. Su and her team helped me pick a car that was right for me and my family, and have continued to be responsive and friendly when I had the odd (again pretty obvious) question after buying the car. Definitely highly recommended!

Bought my car from this Garage and they couldnt have been more helpful. I have had to have something looked at on the car so took the car back to them. They agreed to meet me out of normal working hours so i could drop the car off and even dropped it home for me. The service provided was exceptional . I will definately be recommending them to family and friends and using them again myself in the future.

I recently (8/12/17) bought a Vauxhall Corsa from STA Car Sales and they couldn't have been more helpful. I went to them for a car as I have know an used their mechanic of over 10 years. Having trust in someone when you buy a used car is very important to me. Su and Troy couldn't have been more helpful. Although I had asked them to let me know when they had a particular car in I actually went for something totally different in the end. 10 out of 10 for customer service and I will recommend them in the future.
