What can i say about MCA, its my go to place for all things motorbike accessories, i really wouldn't go anywhere else. The level of service from the entire team is second to none no matter if you were spending £5 or £5000 it never changes and they really will go out of there way to make your entire experience second to none, if your looking for clothing, boots, leathers, helmets anything, this is the number one place in the UK

First time i've ordered online from MCA. BRILLIANT SERVICE. Saw a review of earplugs from Dean and James Ellison so placed order. Confirmation of being shipped within an hour. Next day deliver.... and the earplugs are actually great!! (I've also tried loads and never been happy.... but these feel amazing!) Thanks guys.... keep up the good work! ????

Considering its almost central location, it's easy to visit, got some great gear, just bought a new jacket, more than I intended to spend however it's well worth it, the guy who sold it to me knows his stuff, go there and expect the best, it costs but you won't regret it

Just been in to MCA for some advice on a new textile jacket. Really top notch service from Ben - took all the time I needed explaining features, pros, cons etc. and then gave me some time to try on and think through. He was open to discuss a deal and I walked out with a new jacket and back protector that I'm very pleased with. Well recommended.

Well three years have past since that last negative post and everything has changed.The shop is now run by a husband and wife team also involved in motorcycle sport .
They and their staff couldn't have been more helpful
when I went in to the shop, Made me a coffee and helped me choose
the right gear .
They are obviously working hard to make it work and because of their
enthusiasm I wouldnt hesitate to go back
I would rather go here than buy from a huge faceless company

Despite discovering the item I had ordered online was not in stock, the manager found an ideal solution and upgraded me to another item they had in stock. My gloves arrived in time for my kids to wrap for Christmas and I took them for a test ride in a blizzard this morning. Great stuff, thanks for your help!

Been using this place off and on since 1970's and always been happy with their service up to recently. I too had goods on order for 4 weeks that did not arrive. I got my money back and went elsewhere. I hope things improve and that this is just a small blip.

When I first walked into the store in Leicester I wasn't sure what to expect, looking through the window it looks like a quirky and up to date shop. After being in the shop it is very well laid out and looks top class for a motorbike store, it has a bit of soul and personality compared to other stores I have visited in the Loughborough and Leicester area.
The Staff are very knowledgeable and know their stuff about anything motorbike related. They can size you up for gear pretty much just by looking at you. The quality of the items is five star as well, they stock good brands that you would expect from any motorbike retailer but the service is what makes it a lot better, the friendly nature of the staff when talking and dealing with me made me feel warm and welcome, not like i was just another customer or an order number walking through their door. Free drinks are always appreciated and go down well!
I'd definitely recommended them to anyone looking for a bunch of decent blokes who are friendly and look whats best for you, not whats best for their bottom line.

MCA is a little cave of quality biking gear and accessories. I'm lucky enough to live near by, but their website is every bit as good as the store. All staff are definitely trained on their product range and helped advise the best solution for my requirements, above all else, they're all into bikes as well.

Much bigger than what it looks like from the outside. Very interesting shop layout and if you've got some money to spend, plenty of gear to look at. Lack of price tags put me off but I'm budget shopping so take that as you will.

Visited MCA on recommendation today with a view to buying a full set of Dainese leathers, boots, gloves., etc Great range of ladies gear in the shop so waited for some service for over half an hour before going to see if I could get someone to find my sizes. Another half an hour later still no one came to see me. Really disappointed. 2 hour round trip and came home with nothing. Saturday, start of the season, you really need to increase yours sales staff guys. Simple maths, you lost a load dosh from my lost sale today!! I was happy to wait a certain time, but not all day!!

The guys are so helpful it's crazy, one of the lads came out into the street and helped me adjust a quad bike chain. Spent about an hour and didn't accept any money for it. He got his hands filthy to go that extra mile for a customer!

After purchasing some dainese dry trousers at £200 they leaked like a sieve so I rang the store to tell them. They advised they had to be sent back to Dainese for testing... I can assure you they leaked.so off I trotted 18 miles to the store. I was firstly asked did I zip them in my jacket? No because I wear a touring jacket which comes past my bum. That's why they leaked the young guy said really (does it state this on the garment) no. So off they went to dainese. whilst there I thought I may as well try some more on as I can't do without them, I tried some halvarssons on which at a price point of over 350 I was contimplating . until I was told "You get what you pay for" this comment took me back as when does a premium brand price point does kit become waterproof as obviously 200 doesn't!! Anyway 5 weeks later 4 phone calls on my behalf I was told Dainese couldn't repair and they had credited MCA.thats fine then I'll have my money back as I had to purchase others to replace them (bought Klim) oh well ill have to talk to manager about that after a bit of persuasion they agreed but you will have to come into store to do that so. had to take 2 hours off work drive 18 miles there and back to get my refund. Never have i felt so belittled as I obviously don't know anything about bike kit. I beg to differ. I will never use you again and every student I teach I will not recommend using you. You need to go on a customer service course!!

Was convinced to buy a tight fitting helmet from there and once I agreed to buy one, the staff went to an off site store to get a new boxed one . Next thing i see is the same display one having tags removed and polished up . Not happy but he assured me it is perfect and still carries the full warranty..... Bluetooth didn't work , had to to send it back to wholesalers and it arrived back tot shop rolling about in a box . Bluetooth fixed and working 5 months before it stopped again . Could have gone back to the shop but didn't trust how the helmet would be transported so ..
